Well… this was definitely a different take on Diana. The reason I gravitated towards it was, of course, because of her. I am an avid royal watcher and liked Diana. This is unlike any boom I’ve read about her in the fact that it isn’t really about her. It’s really just ideas and life guidelines. If you buy this book don’t expect to read a biography of Diana.

This book has a decidedly unorthodox take on the life of Princess Diana, the Queen of Hearts It is written by the Voice and Presence Coach who worked with Diana in the last two years of her life. The books covers the basics of her life briefly, but focuses more on the kind of woman Diana became and the kind of woman she wanted to be. The book details the Seven Voice/Body Techniques that Diana used to “center and empower her being.” These include movement, breathing, and affirmations among others. The book is peppered with exceptional quotes by Diana herself, and a host of others that have relevance to Diana’s story. The overall feeling of the book is more of a new age, self help book then it is a biography of Diana. It offers insight into Diana’s psyche during the last years of her life and gives the reader the skills to live a more spiritual, that is not to say religious, and enlightened life.

I was a huge fan of Princess Diana. Loved seeing her new outfits and keeping up to date on what was new with her. That’s why I just had to read this book. This was exciting fast paced. Heart stopping. It was great. I loved reading it from start to finish. It was well written and can see it being huge

This is a wonderful engaging book that is not just another biography of Diana. This is a testament to her as a person and a marvelous insight into her personal power and confidence as a woman. It is quite remarkable as a body of work that empowers women and speaks to the author's knowledge of Diana. I highly recommend this for all women who need to be empowered, find your own voice and learn to speak your truth. The heart of the book is Diana and how she had just found her personal power prior to her death. Poignant and heartfelt this is a great book for empowerment.

It seems the name of Diana, Princess of Wales, was only attached to this book to give it some name recognition. To me, her story didn't add anything and the affirmations and life principles might as well have stood alone.
