My husband and I really enjoyed reading this together. Under Par by Phil Callaway is an EPIC read that will join the ranks of the BIBLIO-ARISTOCRACY!!!

Phil Callaway's most recent book on golf and God, "Under Par" was both light-hearted for golf lovers but also contained spiritual depth and insight.

The levity of the content melding the golfer's eternal joy and frustration of the sport with focusing on what truly matters, Callaway strikes a good balance for the reader to grow in both areas. Each short chapter contained funny, personal vignettes as well as a tip for life and a tip for golf. I consider myself a beginner golfer with mild interest in the sport and the book drew me in to the intricacies of golf and the spiritual parallels that are not always obvious at first glance.

I really enjoyed this book. I think it would make a nice gift for a golfer's birthday or for Father's Day.

Under Par is uplifting and instructive. The golf tips are quite instructive and useful. The life lessons are to the point and inspirational.
An easy read with a lasting impression.
