An excellent look at Adolescence with many helpful tips for parents, arranged by age.

As a mom currently going through the teenage years with my son this books is a valuable resource to have to refer back to. The author breaks the book up into different age categories, ages 8-9, 10-12, 12-14, 15-18 and 19-25, I found this to be very helpful when dealing with what to read first for which age we are currently in. This book covers practical tips that our kids are currently going through in the current world. I love how she sets up different scenarios and gives a say this not that section. I would definitely recommend this to moms who would like to add tools to their toolbox for raising a happy, healthy, productive teen.
