This was a fantastic book that really refocused the discussion around cultural Christianity, highlighting the need for forgiveness rather than the counting of wrongs. The philosophies of han and minjung reflect the need for shalom in our world today-- bringing peace and healing to the deep rifts. I love the emphasis on Jesus, on God as a healer rather than a figure of justice and punishment. Luu's hopeful book is both well-written and incredibly timely. Thank you!
