Really well written and laid out with amazing illustrations to help you through the different meditations. I loved the different explanations as to how each would benefit you, the potential variations available and chants and time periods. There are so many best practices I am taking away from this book. Highly recommend. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I never knew that yoga could be utilized with just hands. The exercises in this book provided me with relief after stressful days of typing all day It also helped alleviate some of my anxiety. I found the exercises easy to do due to the color coded instructions provided.

The Little Book of Mudra Meditations by Autumn Adams. Well presented format with easy to follow images and instructions. Information given on the origins and usage of each Mudra. Good book for beginners and those with more experience in the practice. Was able to use a couple of the meditation exercises right away.
