‘Fuzzy Baseball 3: R.B.I. Robots' with story and art by John Steven Gurney is a graphic novel about a team of scrappy animals who play baseball.

This time around the Fernwood Valley Fuzzies face off against the Geartown Clankees, but all is not as it first appears. It turns out the Fuzzies are playing against a team of robots. The robots agree to play fair, but that doesn't stop the Fuzzies from trying a few tricks to help win the game.

This is a great series and I love the creativity of the opponents and the player names. Young sports fans should enjoy this series.

This is the third book in the series. It is not necessary to read the first two to enjoy this one. The target audience for this graphic novel, in my opinion, is someone who has an interest in baseball. This is a quick, fun read with beautiful graphics and a good story line. The story is interesting as well as thought provoking. Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book.

The cover is what caught my eye and that is why I wanted to read it. I like baseball and I thought students who liked baseball also would want to read it. I enjoyed the book, but it did get a little long in the middle and I can see where students might not finish the book because the middle was stretched out to long.

This was the third book is a graphic novel series for kids. I did not read the first two but I don't think you need to. Not sure kids will get the references but the baseball players had names similar to famous baseball players (this is mentioned at the end of the boo). The art is fine as is the writing, I liked that they broke the fourth wall and had some of the characters talk to the reader. There is enough baseball terminology and references that I think this will appeal more to baseball fans. A fun, quick read.

ARC Copy...to put it in simple terms. Suggestible for the baseball loving types and if kids in general ever wondered what happens when robots (with limiters on) play ball!?
