In Welcoming the Future Church, Jonathan "JP" Pokluda shares the story of The Porch becoming a church that "reaches, teaches, and engages young adults" (subtitle).

While there has been plenty written about Millennials - and Pokluda acknowledge the probability of the stereotypes are real - he also contends that Millennials are equally open to hearing, accepting, and sharing the Gospel when given real answers and authentic examples. Along with some challenging stories, Pokluda's book provides a useful resource for church/ministry leaders looking to find meaningful ways to connect with young adults and encouragement and challenge for those working with them.

I would recommend this book for those involved in young adult ministry, even parents seeking to connect better with their adult children (and friends) on faith matters.
