The bad news, as we all know, is the February passing of Clive Cussler. But the good news, with the assistance of prolific novelist Jack Du Brul, Pitt and Bell are back, and not only here published in 2019 before Cussler's death, but in a 12th installment in the series in 2021. Here, Cussler's signature adventure (rare elements) is spread a century apart in a fast-paced beach read — in paperback in 2020 — perfect for a primer for next year's "The Saboteurs (An Isaac Bell Adventure Book 12)" from the same team.
