Broken down into three sections Gibson's new release explains, details, and instructs readers on attachment theory and offers exercises on how to change unhealthy interactions in your personal relationships. There is a quiz to find out which attachment style you are most like and information to further explore what that means and the different ways these behaviors manifest to cause chaos in your relationships.

I don't know if I think this is a super helpful resource as it's choppy, jumpy, and quick to offer solutions that might not be practical to some with deeper issues but it's a good place to start.

This is a great resource to understanding the relationships in your life and how they affect you. The author focuses on childhood affecting your adulthood. Determining which of the 4 types of attachment theory you fall into assists in determining what methods you can use to improve the relationships in your life. This was a helpful resource.
