While I am grateful to the author and publisher for giving me the opportunity to read this title, a busy schedule got in the way, and I was unable to read it before it was archived on Netgalley. I will be looking for a physical copy of this title at my local bookstore!

This book honestly surprised me. I went in not expecting much and came out with so much respect and admiration for Danielle. The book was a perfect balance of gossipy boy drama and genuine business advice that kept me consistently interested and learning something with every page. I especially loved how open and honest Danielle was about the failures she's face and mistakes she's made during her career, it felt like an older sister giving advice from experience. All in all this was a great read -- I finished it in one sitting because I could not put it down -- and I think everyone can find something for themselves in This Is Not a Fashion Story.
