This book was stunning! (And informational too!) And while that was my complete Goodreads review, NetGalley is unhappy with the number of characters in it.

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. I loved this book about birds. Wonderful illustrations and great information. My 4-year-old nephew really enjoyed looking at this.

So I like birds, I enjoy raising chickens and I love to bird watch. I am also a huge fan of strange knowledge and this books was just that! I am just waiting for Alexa’s question of the day to be about birds! Ok, but I found this book quite interesting. I felt like all the tidbits really kept me wanting to read more and the part about their eyes was so fascinating! I am not sad I read it. It said there were lots of great pictures. I didn’t receive that in my advanced copy but I will definitely have to get to book because I would love to see what goes along with it. In the end I will look at birds a little different with my new found knowledge. Definitely amazing creatures and the author did a fantastic job of organizing and sharing a wealth of knowledge.

I've always been fond and interested in birds. This book does a wonderful job of describing birds. It is full of fun facts that is sure to be enjoyed by bird enthusiasts and those interested in birds. I'd love to see some pictures and was frequently searching online for the types of birds described as they were so fascinating!!

I never truly appreciated birds until now. What a remarkable book, filled with little known facts about birds that we see every day. For example, did you know we share 60% of our DNA with our feathered friends? I look forward to purchasing this book for my library to see these facts paired with Blaise's incredible artwork. This is sure to be a hit with any art fan, or any nature loving person in your life!

Lots of fun facts separated into sections (eggs, feathers etc.).

Within those sections the headings and organization wasn’t my favorite style.

But I can see a kid who loves birds or fun facts to appreciate this. Not sure what else or who else this would for.
