i really enjoyed the premise, I find it unique and kinda terrifying. The characters were great and I really enjoyed reading this.

This is from a first time author and that shows a little, since this doesn't have the polish of experience. It's an interesting concept, and pretty well executed. It's little uneven at times, and potentially difficult to pull off. The author shows promise, and I hope he writes more. An above average story.
