This might be the best gout cookbook I’ve read through. Since a loved one started having attacks a few gears ago, I’ve been researching and trying to learn how best to help. Usually the resources I find come off as judgmental and impossible with ridiculously high standards. This cookbook recognizes reality and that not all gout sufferers are the same with the same causes. Also, these recipes are great and inclusive having vegan, vegetarian, diabetic and more friendly options. I think this would be a worthwhile cookbook for those just looking to have a healthier, lower-purine diet.
