As one who utilizes breathing techniques I was quite pleased to receive this book for review. Thank you to the publisher and to Net Galley for the opportunity.

This is a fabulous guide for beginners and those that already utilize breathing techniques. I enjoyed the 60 breathing exercises, the techniques and the sequences. This is a guide to help everyone improve their Yogi breathing and especially helpful during times of stress in a pandemic. I highly recommend this book to a tool to improve your health and utilize better self care.

I thought this book was way out of my league. The Author describes the techniques as basic-and easy to follow but, I would need an instructor to lead me through them.
This book is clearly for practitioners who are familiar with the subject matter and are looking for advanced techniques.
Since the Author has been teaching since 2008, he is clearly an expert on the subject. But, I would rather take a class than teach myself the techniques.
No thanks to the cartoon images.
