As an enthusiastic baker with a particular passion for cookies, I was thrilled to receive an Advance Reader’s Copy of 100 Cookies: The Baking Book for Every Kitchen. From the moment I opened the book, I was hooked. The charming photographs and enticing recipes had me falling in love instantly.
The book is a treasure trove of cookie perfection. Loved this cookbook!! So many cookies so little time hehe!! Can't wait to try all of them!! 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪

I’m always a fan of a good cookie book, and this one didn’t disappoint. Yummy, easy to follow recipes! However not quite as pretty to display as some other baking cookbooks.

A big thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this amazing cookbook and to try out some the cookies! The recipes were easy to follow and the times were precise. I don't consider myself a very good baker/cook so the layout and descriptions were ever helpful! I look forward to trying out some new recipes and making some already tested. The whole family has enjoyed what I've made so far! :)

With great photos, easy to read and follow recipes, and clear ingredient lists, this is a solid cookbook to add to the baking shelf. While I didn’t find any real novelties here, what I want from a cookie book is comfort cooking and 100 Cookies fills the bill.
I've already bought it for a friend who is setting up her first kitchen.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I absolutely love baking and this is for you!!! I have some of these recipes that I will use for forever now! Thank you so much!

My daughter and I enjoyed baking a few recipes from this collection. Our favorites were the bars. The recipes were easy to follow with ingredients that we didn't have to go to specialty stores for.

If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy baking cookies, this book is for you. There is a little something for everyone: tons of clear recipes and helpful tips and tricks.

I purchased this book after publication because the recipes were that good! It has become such a staple in our house. My 3 year old daughter always get excited when it's cookie making day.

A great cookbook combines great recipes with easy to follow directions and fantastic photographs. This book ticks every box. Whether you are looking for a recipe for an old friend like chocolate chip, snickerdoodle or oatmeal raisin or looking to try something new like espresso cheesecake bars, grapefruit cake bars or lavender cookies with white chocolate-creme fraiche glaze, this book does not disappoint. It includes kitchen and baking tips that benefit both new cooks and experienced bakers. The chapters are divided into Classics, Brownies and Blondies, Fruitextravaganza, The Next Level, Time to Play, Pan-Banging Cookies, Mix and Match and Extras. This would make a great addition to any kitchen or cookbook shelf.

I received this book just in time for Christmas and made use of it quite a lot. The Pan-Banging Ginger Molasses Cookies are just wonderful! Recommended for cookie makers or bakers of any age.

I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley but unfortunately it wouldn’t open so when it was a Kindle Deal I grabbed it and very glad I did.
There are some amazing recipes in this book for all kinds of bakers from basic cookies to her famous pan-banging cookies to more complicated recipes like French macarons. Every recipe has clear ingredients with concise step-by-step instructions. She even includes recipes for cookie ice cream sandwiches where even the ice cream is homemade.
I cannot wait to start baking!

Very nicely presented book, with many variations on classic cookie recipes. Some of the recipes seem a little high in sugar and oil/butter, but this could of course be adjusted to the reader's needs. It's nice that the recipes are grouped by "Classics" (nothing too exotic), "Brownies and Blondies," "Fruitstravaganza," "The Next Level" (more unusual ingredients/harder techniques), "Time to Play," "Pan-Banging Cookies," "Mix and Match," and "Extras."
Thanks to the publishers and NetGalley for the opportunity to review a digital ARC in exchange for an unbiased review.

For someone with a sweet tooth like me, this hook has a bunch of amazing, creative recipes that will never get boring

If you are looking for a go-to cookie book that holds all the secrets to every beautiful classic cookie as well as more adult variations, tray bakes and brownies - then look no further. This is the book for you. Every kitchen needs this bible of cookie making, for whenever you want to make a delectable dessert, basic or complex.
Every recipe in this book is completely mouth-watering. The photos are beautiful, and the descriptions at the start of each recipe make me yearn for childhood. The magic permeates this whole book, through the simplicity of remembered flavours, and the excitement at new and exciting flavours and textures.
I wish that I had the time to try each and every one of these recipes, and maybe over time I will. I love that I can find the most basic recipes for chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles and sugar cookies, as well as finding ones with cardamom, basis cream and blood orange glaze. There are so many tantalizing combinations and ideas in this beautiful book,
I love the depth of detail the author goes into, with explanations of which recipes need exact weight measurements, how to brown butter perfectly and which varieties of each ingredient are best for each recipe. There is so much joy and love in this book, you can see the author's enthusiasm seeping through each page.
My only complaint is that because of the fairly complex nature of many of these recipes, there is a little too much of the "turn to page xxx for instructions" mixed in with the recipes, meaning a simple ingredient turns into a whole extra recipe to find and make. I get it, and I like that there are a lot of custom ingredients that are better homemade, but it still gets a little irritating when so many recipes rely on these recipe-ingredients.
That said, this is the most beautiful book of cookies, which I would recommend to and for pretty much anyone (anyone who eats gluten and dairy, that is). I love this book, and I would love to own a hard copy of it myself. I will definitely be trying out some of Sarah Kifeffer's recipes very soon!
Thanks to NetGalley for the chance to read this lovely book.
