This is a book that was written to encourage contemplation.  It includes passages, stories and journal prompts in order to prompt reflection. Those who are looking for a guided journal with a spiritual bent may well want to add this title to their shelves.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this title in exchange for an honest review.

( received complimentary copy for review ) - As I have been reviewing books for a while now, I don't think I have ever been ready to write a review prior to finishing. 60 Days of Faith for Women is more than a book. This is an experience for women to venture deeper and grow in their faith life. The Kindle version is flawless and while I am currently using it daily, I can easily see this being used as a micro retreat. I'm positive that this will be in my life for quite some time to come and will receive much use. Highly recommended.

I really like the stories it provides but I thought it would be a little bit less Christianity-based. Not that I dont enjoy the scripture, I would just be more intrigued if it offered more variety. Maybe a little taste of other religions/outlooks. I guess that's what I was expecting based on the synopsis.

In 60 Days of Faith for Women, Rev. Cameron Trimble uses bible quotes and stories to allow the reader to reflect. This is further exercised with reflection questions to inspire. These question relate to your own life and will make you think.
