“Support one another and spend time together, because at the end, that’s all you’ll have to take with you—the love. Love each other and everything else will fall into place.” -Jenny Hale, All I Want for Christmas
It’s the season for cozy holiday stories and I am loving them so much! I just finished 𝗔 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗲 and really enjoyed it. This one is out now, so order your copy today! Thank you to @grandcentralpub and @jhaleauthor for gifting me this review copy! 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you to the publisher and @netgalley for a copy of the ebook.
This was a perfect holiday feels story. I like how much Carrie as a nanny cared for the kids. My main rub with this story is how Carrie was out of line with her criticism about Adam’s lack of parenting. She is a nanny for 2 weeks and felt she knew so much within a day or 2. I enjoyed seeing Adam growing and becoming a better person in the story. The holiday description was so picturesque and festive and made me ready for the holidays.
Everything about this book is a Hallmark Christmas movie... and even though I know how things are going to end up, I enjoy it anyways. This is no exception. A nanny wishing for a new job, a single father with two kids who doesn't spend enough time with them... Um... Yep, Hallmark. Need I say more?
Thank you for allowing me to read this and give my opinion.
This is a fun Christmas book, with a little romance, and a lot of heart! Carrie accepts a temporary position in Richmond as a Nanny to Adam's four year old twins over the Christmas holiday. Carrie is looking to make some changes in her life and trying to figure out what's next for her. Adam is nice, and the kids are well-behaved and reserved. However, they don't seem to have a connection with their father.
Can Carrie persuade Adam that there is more to life than running a successful brewery? How can she help him connect with his kids? Is she overstepping boundaries with her employer by interfering? Can she make the Christmas season a memorable one for the family?
I received a copy of this book through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
Such a cute and fun read! Perfect distraction in life right now. Really enjoyable characters and story and hard to put down!
Like a Hallmark movie we love to hate, A Christmas to Remember brings you the darling story of nanny Carries and work-a-holic divorced dad, Adam.
Carries finds herself falling for the man of the house but also wanting to teach him a thing or seven about being a father and familyman.
It was cheesy and sweet, got a little repetitive in the end but was wrapped up nicely with a bow at the end. Just the way you want your Christmas story to be.

if you enjoy nanny and boss romances this was an enjoyable one. It stars Carrie, a newly hired nanny for two adorable young twin kids by Adam, a single dad who is a workaholic and who takes care of his kids but is distant. This is Carrie's last nanny job and she plans on giving it her all and that means bringing Adam out of his shell and getting the twins to enjoy being kids. It takes place during the holidays and was a fun story to read with lots of holiday spirit and couple of adorable kids.
Another fabulous Christmas story from Jenny Hale! Can’t wait to see this on Hallmark. 😉 Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the ARC
A Christmas To Remember was straight up joyful. Nanny Carrie shows up for her newest gig to find a sterile, cold, struggling home. She embarks on a mission to make the home warm and imbibe it with Christmas cheer. Single dad Adam pushes back along the way but pretty soon he can’t fight her infectious joy and his heart begins to thaw.

A Christmas to Remember is an entertaining and well written romance. Good plot and character development. A feel good Christmas story. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and Netgalley and this is my unbiased review.
Jenny Hale's Christmas books are some of my favorite and this is added to that list! A Christmas to Remember was super sweet and a definite feel-good story. I loved it and definitely recommend it!
Thanks to Netgalley for the arc of this in exchange for a review.
This was like a hallmark movie, which definitely has its place. It really wasn’t my thing though. I got kind of bored with the story.
This sweet Christmas romance hit all of the holiday feels of a Hallmark movie which was exactly what I wanted when I picked it up!
Carrie loves her job as a nanny, but watching her friends get married and settle down has made her consider changing careers so she’ll have time for a personal life in order to make room for the relationship and family she dreams of one day having. She plans to make the big adjustment after one last job… but that was before she met single workaholic dad, Adam. He’s closed off and doesn’t know how to interact with his children, but Carrie is determined to help him discover how to be the father she knows he can be.
Filled with fun extended family banter and conflict, the most adorable four year old twins, and the wonder of a loving nanny who comes in to try to save Christmas, I enjoyed this cozy, clean read. I did think the story and characters were predictable, but it was the easy holiday read I was looking for. 3.5 stars
“She just wanted one person who would love her frumpy sweater and bunchy socks. Finding that person, though, seemed exhausting.”
What You’ll Find:
✔️Christmas Romance
✔️Nanny Heroine
✔️Single Dad
✔️Light & Clean Read
✔️Singular Third Person POV
Carrie is expecting to enjoy one last job as a nanny before embarking on a new future. But when she meets Adam, her handsome new boss, she finds it may be more work than she expected. Adam is a workaholic, missing precious time with his children. Can Carrie perform a Christmas Miracle and get her boss to loosen up?
If your looking for a light Christmas Romance without the steam, look no further. The relationship between Carrie and Adam is quite the slow burn. Carries feelings start pretty quickly, but Adam... you never really knew what he was thinking or feeling. The story focuses mostly on the element of family which was sweet. I loved the twins. There were moments you couldn’t help but feel emotion for them too.
I thought the premise of the storyline was excellent but the execution didn’t quite get there entirely for me. I wanted more romance and much sooner. I just didn’t feel their connection like I hoped to. But I think many will enjoy the clean lightness of it! It definitely has Christmas movie adaptation written all over it!

Thank you NetGalley, Jenny Hale and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for the copy of A Christmas To Remember. This is my personal review in exchange.
Carrie is a nanny who is wanting one last nanny job before fulfilling her New Year’s Resolution she has made to herself about wanting to move on in her life to for a new career.
Her final nanny position is with Adam a single Dad who has twins – a son and a daughter. As soon as she meets the family, she knows her job is to make Adam connect more with his children and less on his job.
She wants this to be the best holiday for them that she can put together.
This was a smooth easy read for me and gave me a few hours to sit back and relax. No real earth-shattering twists or turns in it for me.
Carrie is a nanny looking for one more temporary position until she can find her own one true love, settle down and start a family.
Adam is a divorced father of a daughter. Since his divorce he's put everything into making his business a success, to the detriment of his family. Now it's Christmas, he has his daughter for the holidays, his family is visiting, and his business is expanding. It's a perfect storm.
Cute but predictable story. The relationship takes a while to develop and there's a lot of repetition on the way. But overall a feel- good holiday story.
I received a free ARC eBook from Net Galley and the publisher in exchange for my honest opinions.
Nanny plus a single dad with twins that needs help over the holiday season. He works too much but owns a brewery so that's fun, designs beer bottle for her and Christmas. She helps him understand how to be a father to his kids and his family. It's the super cute holiday read you want and expect AKA its Hallmark movie in book form. Carrie's inner thought got a little old and it was a little trope-y with the nanny/single dad but still a super sweet, cute, warm fuzzy with a peppermint candle on the side good book.
Overall, 3.5 stars and .5 steam

I fully anticipated enjoying A Christmas to Remember by Jenny Hale but found myself irritated in the very first chapter by the main character, Carrie. While the book is not told in first person, the reader is nonetheless privy to Carrie's thoughts. Unfortunately Carrie is very judgy and if you're sensitive to narration that gets tremendously old very quickly.
Adam, the love interest, seems sweet but kind of milquetoast.
There was no spark.
The children leant a necessary cuteness and sweetness.
Sorry to say, this one didn't work for me.

This book encompasses all the warm and fuzzy Christmas feelings! Grab a blanket, a cup of coffee (or beer), and settle in because you aren’t going to want to put this one down! When Carrie gets a new nanny position with the Fletcher family she decides it’s going to be her last one. She’s ready for a new phase of her life. Adam Fletcher is a single dad to 4 year old twins David and Olivia and is a workaholic. His successful brewery takes up all his time and he has lost his Christmas spirit, as well as the relationships with his family members. Carrie decides to take it upon herself to show Adam what he’s missing out on but will he be receptive or will he push everyone away even more? A Christmas to Remember is the perfect romance for these long winter nights!
This book passed the time nicely, but it was a bit predictable and also hard to believe at times. Cute Christmas story with sweet characters though :)
