For me, this story read exactly like a Hallmark movie- Christmas time in a beautiful setting, amiable characters, children of a single father that puts work first.... enter chipper young nanny to set things to rights.

While I love a good Hallmark movie, I was hoping for more from this book. The protagonist was far too Pollyanna for my liking, and the story lacked some needed grit. Just my opinion though- I’m sure many will find it happy and heart warming.

An enjoyable Christmas tale of what can happen when the right Nanny joins a family. Jenny Hale fans will not be disappointed.
