This is a great book to show you how to manage sales with empathy, not only with prospects but also employees who are under your management. Being able to lead people in a way that encourages them, rather than with fear of not hitting quotas is shown to be a much more effective way of communicating with employees. This technique is shown through this book. Often times, sales are the main focus of a book like this and I enjoyed the focus on the emotional side of the sales process in this book. Great read for anyone participating in sales.
As CEO, this book points out exactly the day to day issues I run across. The big key is to show empathy and emotions when managing. These traits are usually forgotten by leaders and can cause a negative attitude throughout your employees. The step by step process on training is very useful and educational.
