The author's journey from Vietnam and the dream of a better life in America was not an easy one. He encountered all kinds of challenges in his quest to live the American Dream. The things that so many of take for granted were the things that the author dreamed to have. This book makes you truly understand the depths that some take to come to our Country for a better life.

This was an unexpectedly good book. I found it to be enormously entertaining and enlightening. It's good to hear the story of an immigrant who didn't expect everything to be handed to him on a silver platter.
