A cute, clean romance with some stolen drama from You’ve Got Mail or the classic In The Good Old Summertime. I was hoping for more religious faith/interaction but this seemed to be geared more to the appearance of it rather than actual trust or faith in the Lord.
I was provided with an ARC of this book by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
Thank you net galley for the advance reader copy of this novel. This was a clean contemporary romance between a doctor and midwife who get off on the wrong foot. It has a "You've got mail" vibe to it and was wonderfully written. I enjoyed the characters, the snarky dialogue, and the dates attraction. Both characters, Aubrey and Ammon, learn to trust each other and help each other with heavy burdens. This book is very clean but you will definitely be cheering on our couple!!! I even learned a lot about pregnancy birth options. Great read and highly recommend this author!!!!
