I was so excited to read this book when I first saw it available! I love trying different cuisines and I have tried a few Lebanese street food before and they're so good! I really want to try some of these recipes! There are some recipes that I have never seen before and I wish there were photos so we could see how the dish would look like. I had to search some recipe names on Google and read through the Ingredients list to see which ones I would try to make at home. This book is great, clear, well organized.
