I requested a free ARC of this title from the publisher through NetGalley in exchange for my honest review of the book.

The current popularity of both meal prepping and the Mediterranean diet make this a worthwhile browse for readers with those interests. Meal prep in general was a main focus of the book, presented clearly and in detail. The variety of recipes include some less typical Mediterranean presentations. The book would profit from additional recipe pictures, which hopefully will appear in the final edit.

What a great cookbook! The material is well written and presented in an easy to follow manner. I look forward to trying out several of these recipes.

This book starts with info on the Mediterranean philosophy and then focuses on the purpose and benefits of prep work. It is then followed by 10 chapters of recipes with prep plans. It is a weekly guide that starts off easier with fewer recipes and gradually gets more complex with more recipes as the chapters move on.

Each chapter has a comprehensive shopping list for all of the meals on one page. It doesn't get easier than that.

As a super menu planner myself, I really appreciated this book. I am also into healthy eating and this book puts both concepts together perfectly .

You can use this book to plan ahead for a week of meals including some advance preparation, or you could just make the recipes individually as you desire. I loved the versatility.

The pictures were very appetizing, I just wish there were more.

Has some good recipe ideas. I know the Mediterranean diet is one of the most healthy diets and am trying to change over to this meal plan. I can't wait to try them.

Very informative! The first few chapters were full of information on healthy foods, benefits, and useful tips. There are delicious recipes given to try in the Mediterranean diet. There is also useful information in the last pages too!

It is very useful! I often meal-prep and this book provided a lot of information on it. I did try one of the receipt and it was delicious.

This is an interesting take on a Mediterranean diet cookbook. The first half of the book is organized into six meal prep plans, each with 6 recipes to make food for 5 days. They are accompanied by a shopping list and step-by-step prep instructions. Very nicely organized for those who have no idea where to begin with prepping for a week's meal. Recipes are interesting and diverse, but at times seem a bit time-consuming. But the purpose would be to devote a block of time to preparing several recipes at once, then freezing or refrigerating the results for actual consumption at a later date. The second half of the book has additional recipes, organized by meal type (breakfast, lunch/dinner, etc.) A nice collection of healthy recipes. As is typical, there are some photos, but not a lot. Because much of the nature of food is visual, I'd strongly suggest adding more photos.

This book contains 8 delicious meal preps; each with their own shopping list and prep instructions. You will also find additional recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; side dishes, salads, and sweets; as well as dips, dressings and sauces. Prep 6 was the favorite in our house since my wife doesn't like salmon, but there were plenty of the individual dishes that were amazing!

With today's busy lifestyles, meal prep is key for me to maintaining a healthy diet. It makes things much easier when my meals are planned out and a majority of the prep work is done in advance. This cookbook was helpful in many ways. First of all, it gives a brief background of the Mediterranean Diet. In addition, it provides the reader with recipes, meal plans and shopping lists.

The Mediterranean Diet Meal Prep Cookbook provides the reader with simplified, healthy meal planning. I believe the layout of this cookbook makes it very user friendly. Although I haven't had a chance to make any recipes yet, there are several that have already piqued my interest and will be at the top of my list. The only negative comment I have is that I would have liked to see more pictures. That is something that I consider a necessity in cookbooks. It helps me to see if something looks the way I imagine it when I read through the recipe.

This was a wonderful cookbook filled with a lot of helpful information on how to plan, shop for, prepare and package up your food for the week. I tried several of the recipes and they were both healthy and delicious. The only thing that I didn't like about this cookbook is that there weren't enough pictures.

I love the mediterranean diet and it's the easiest one for me to follow. This book has a good variety of recipes but I wouldn't stick to the meal prep because there are some stuff that I don't like to eat so I would have to substitute some of the recipes. After the meal prep information there are some other recipes for you to switch to if you need. I really really wish there were more photos, at least photos of all of the suggested meal prep recipes. It makes it hard for me to make something I don't know what is.

Meal prepping is in and I for one am I fan. It's super easy to get stuck in a rut and make the same thing over and over again, but the Mediterranean Diet Meal Prep Cookbook will help solve that dilemma. This meal prep book provides information on how to prepare and store meals for the week. The recipes are broken up into sections with each section building on difficulty. Meal prep should be easy and not stressful and this book helps to build up confidence. My only complaint is that I wish there were more photographs in the book. It is nice to see what the recipe actually looks like very you decide to make it.

Good easy to follow cookbook. My diet is heavy in meat and vegetables and low in simple carbs so i'm cherry picking meat based recipes. If you're a vegetarian there are still a number of meals to make, but it's definitely a meat based diet.
Yes you need a lot of fridge storage but MEAL PREP! This is a meal prep cookbook, you prep in bulk for the week so you don't have to cook every day. It's in the name, so don't give a bad review because you don't understand what meal prep means. For those who cook in bulk and either portion freeze or store this is perfect. Would've really liked to see pictures of the finished product, this book definitely lacks pictures.

Confession: I'm kind of obsessed with Mediterranean style eating and also meal planning (but don't do either enough). I got approved for this book and had to read it ASAP. And it's out today!
Ms Pine does a good job in explaining the benefits in Part I. None of the laid out weekly meal plans got my attention in Part II, but many of the separate dishes did in Part III! I can't wait to try these out:
Super Seed Granola
Moroccan Spiced Stir-Fried Beef w/Butternut Squash and Chickpeas
Quinoa Bruschetta Salad
Syrian Spiced Lentil, Barley, and Vegetable soup
Bulgar Pilaf w/Almonds

This cookbook is great for someone who wants to learn how to meal prep with fresh, healthy ingredients. The recipes are easy to follow and most provide enough food for six servings! Set aside a day to cook and eat healthy meals all week!

Photos - 1/5 very few photos for each recipe. This is important to me in a cookbook. Photos get me excited to eat and cook and a nice visual for how everything will turn out.
Ease of ingredients - 2/5 stars. The ingredients would not be available at smaller stores. A larger supermarket or specialty store would be required to get some of the items.
Variety - 4/5 There is a nice variety in here. Someone looking to add more variety would appreciate this.

This was very organized as far as list and even the order in which you would prep the recipes. Someone wanting to commit and stick to this diet for every meal would find this helpful.
