You can't give less than 5 stars to this book. There's no way! It has so many different types of pies and fillings that everyone will find at least one that they love! There are recipes from traditional to the most interesting flavors. There are sweet pies, savory pies, gluten free pie, vegan pie, chocolate pie, fruit pie, custard pie and a lot more! Excellent! This cookbook is super in depth and has so many recipes that you could make one pie every day for a year and still have more recipes to try. This book contains a ton of different types of crust recipes as well as tips and tricks on how to decorate and style pie crusts.
