Four best selling authors each bring us a short delightful novella set during the Christmas season. Christmas is a magical time when people find love and hope. These four couples do not disappoint. They find love, grace, forgiveness, and happiness. Each of these stories stand alone but carry the same themes. I love Christmas time so I was delighted with these stories. The characters were easy to follow and fall in love with. The story lines were believable. I highly recommend grabbing a hot beverage and putting your feet up. I received a copy through Netgalley. A review was not required.
Sweet set of stories
This is a sweet set of Christmas-themed Amish stories/novellas by recognized authors in the genre. And, they do no disappoint! The situations ring true, the characters are well-described, a bit of escapism in 'interesting' times, what's not to love about this book?
Thank you to the publisher who lent me a time-constrained e-arc via Netgalley. This review is optional and my own opinion.
An Amish Christmas Wedding is a collection of four Christmas Wedding stores by 4 wonderful authors, Amy Clipston, Kelly Irvin, Kathleen Fuller, and Vannetta Chapman.
Evergreen Love by Amy Clipston
This is the story of Ryan Lapp and Lorene Bontrager who had been engaged before Ryan Moved away. It has been five years, and Ryan and Lorene are forced back together because Lorene's younger sister and Ryan's younger brother are getting married.
The question is can Lorene and Ryan become friends again and at least get along for the sake of their siblings?
Holiday of Hope by Kelly Irvin
Henry Lufkin is a bachelor. When one of his friends dies and leaves a request for him to care for his 10-year-old son, Henry decides to honor the request.

Despite all, can these two find a way to work together and create a home for this wayward boy and for each other?
Wreathed in Joy by Kathleen Fuller
Mary Wengerd and Jakob Mullet have always been best friends, but when they started dating and broke up, their friendship was also broken. Because of a friend, they were thrown together to help with her wedding.
The question remains, will this be enough to repair the broken relationship?
The final story in this collection is A Christmas Prayer by Vannetta Chapman
Micha Miller is a widower who runs an Amish tour company. One of the stops on his tour is to have tea at Rachel King's house.
There seems to be a spark there. Can caring for an injured dog open Rachel's heart to the possibility of love?
I was given an ARC through NetGalley by Zondervan Press. I was not required to give a positive review.
These four short stories were so much fun to read. I enjoyed each of the couples stories. I especially enjoyed the last one about Micah, Rachel and Chloe.
Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the arc. The opinions expressed are my own.

Evergreen Love by Amy Clipston
Lorene and Ryan!
I enyoyed reading how they found their way back together. This was a beautiful second chance story filled with a lot of love and redemption in the most beautiful season; Christmas.
A Holiday Of Hope by Kelly Irvin
God has a plan and most times in our times of grief we don't see it. That was the story of Henry and Leesa! Each of them had their own share of loss and pain! But in God they triumphed even when faced with the daunting task of raising 10 year old Tommy. This story was heartwarming and healing.
Wreathed In Love by Kathleen Fuller
It was a second go at love for Mary and Jakob. They found their way back to each other at the most beautiful season of the year.
A Christmas Prayer by Vennetta Chapman
It's never too late to fall in love. That was the story of Rachel and Micah. I enjoyed reading their story and how they brought joy into each lives, also how they complemented each other. The beautiful season of Christmas made this story all the more colourful.

The stories in this collection are so sweet. I love the book cover.
I have read books by three out of the four authors. I am so honoured to read a story by Vannetta Chapman.
The food in this book made me hungry.
I wanted to live in an Amish community so I can eat along with them. Isn’t it funny when your imagination goes wild while reading a book?
What do you say to a wedding set around Christmas?
Christmas is my favourite season in a year apart from birthdays. Reading this novel made me realise that we are few months close to Christmas!
Whenever I pick up an Amish Christian Fiction novel, I am sure of an adventure to the lives and minds of the characters in the plot. Only a good book does that to you.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Zondervan through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
A fantastic collection of Amish romance novellas set at Christmas time. Fans of Amish fiction will love these sweet tales of romance during the Christmas season. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and netgalley in exchange for my honest opinion.
I was fortunate to receive an advance review copy of "An Amish Christmas Wedding" from NetGalley. Four beautiful stories about celebrating during the Christmas season. This would be such a nice gift to give to your loved ones during the Holiday Season.
I loved all four of these stories.
The theme in Amy Clipston's book was misunderstanding and forgiveness, Kelly Irvin wrote about challenges and friendship, Kathleen Fuller's focus was about second chances and Vannetta Chapman's took a look at love through a senior's eyes. A great grouping of authors and one incredibly fabulous book filled with Christmas spirit. Perfect for holiday gift giving!
I love all 4 of these authors and have read almost every book published by all 4. I looked back and tried to decide which was my favorite but I really enjoyed them all. These collections are my favorite way to read whe .my busy life in put if control. A couple of hours with a wholesome, charming story resets my brain. I highly recommemd this book. Thank you net galley and Zondervan publishing for the gift of the arc. The opinions ard my own.
Four short stories that will have you quickly turning the pages, you can read one, but they are that good that you will be moving on to the next one.
The stories are not connected, they contain good life lessons, the first one we had a young man who seems like he can't really commit, but keep reading maybe this couple or former couple needs to talk.
The second, this young boy has been through so much, more than anyone should, especially a child. He did make me chuckle with some of his antics, but I felt he was crying for help! Can this ten-year old ever find a real home?
Can best friends find their way to love, Kathleen Fuller gives us a couple who have been childhood friends, and then took it a step further with disastrous results. Can they become friends again, or more?
Finding friends and family, and is it possible love? That is what the last story in the book by Vannetta Chapman offers us, as a widower and older single Amish couple try to find their way to a relationship. A sweet read, with feeling of loss and held together with the love of an older dog.
You don't want to miss this one, and like M & M's you won't be able to stop after just one!
I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Zondervan, and was not required to give a positive review.
Another wonderful collection of stories from these authors!
I received a free copy from the the publisher and Netgalley.
I cannot pick which story I liked best, they were all so good. They all had a common theme, but each so different.
Four stories by popular authors in the genre are collected in this volume. In "Evergreen Love," Clipston follows a story of a couple who broke up due to a misunderstanding about a house that must come together to get their siblings married and find their old romance rekindling. In "Holiday of Hope," Irvin follows the story of a widower who adopts a troubled orphaned boy and the local schoolteacher is the only one who wants to help him break through to his new ward. In "Wreathed in Joy," Fuller follows two friends who tried to date and couldn't make it work, which ruined their friendship. When she needs his help, he steps up again, and their friendship seems to be on the mend. Will love follow? And in "A Christmas Prayer," an older widower and a never married older woman find a common ground with an injured dog. Is it too late for romance?
All are sweet, holiday-themed stories that bring a glow and a message of love and hope.
Oh how I love Amish fiction. But Christmas Amish fiction is my absolute FAVE. Think cold day, fluffy blanket, big mug of something warm and a fire in the fireplace; that warm, cozy feeling is all wrapped up in this lovely book. Amy Clipston and Kelly Irvin are two of my very favorite Amish fiction authors, and I was happily surprised to learn that I also greatly enjoy the writings of Kathleen Fuller and Vannetta Chapman! The characters were human, beautifully flawed and memorable. The storylines were lovely and so wonderfully Christmasy. An absolute, massive recommend.
I've found myself wanting to read Amish fiction more and more during the crazy times we're currently living in, as there's just something so calming and peaceful about reading books set in the Amish culture. I knew when I saw the description of this one that it was probably going to be something I was going to end up enjoying, and I was definitely proven right.
I appreciated how each of the novellas were about Christmas, finding love and the importance of faith no matter what, but that each is written completely different from the others, and it was honestly hard to pick a favorite. This collection includes first love, second chance love, a child who has lost his parents needing to find love and security, and a beautiful showcase of how friendship can often turn into something more. Each story had me honestly tearing up and I think any of these four could have been full length novels and still have kept the reader engaged from start to finish.
I was also excited to get to read another story by Amy Clipston, Kathleen Fuller and Kelly Irvin, and I loved my first experience with a story by Vannetta Chapman. If you're looking for a heartwarming Christmas collection to enjoy this holiday season then look no further than this beautiful collection by a group of extremely talented ladies. This is exactly what I was hoping for when I first picked it up to read it, and I can't wait to read more stories from this group of authors in the future.
Final Rating: 4/5.
Thanks so much to Zondervan for allowing me to advance read this!
I voluntarily read and reviewed a complimentary advance reader copy of this novel from the publisher (Zondervan) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to give a positive review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
An Amish Christmas Wedding is a collection of four easy-to-read, heartwarming, inspiring stories written by four talented authors. These stories showcase four Amish couples—Lorene and Ryan, Leesa and Henry, Mary and Jakob, Rachel and Micah—who find or rekindle love at Christmas time. The well-crafted, relatable (even if you’re not Amish) characters face struggles including broken hearts, secrets, grief, doubts, age, and loneliness on their way to finding second chances and sweet romance. As you would expect, the faith element is strong in each story with emphasis on finding and accepting God’s purpose and plan.
I enjoyed all the stories, but my favorite is Kelly Irvin’s A Holiday of Hope. It is “the story of a widower, an orphan, and a reluctant teacher” who must each come to grips with issues in their own lives which compromise their relationship.
I highly recommend this book especially for lovers of Amish fiction and anthologies.
