This was super cute graphic novel. A day in a live between the relationship of a Vampire and werewolf. How things progress through images as they mostly tell the story with very minimum word bubbles. I thought this was cute and I had a lot of aww how cute moments.
I didn't get attached to the characters for me though I felt it was cute I felt the love too fast, story line choppy. Hardly any plot .

Super cute, and very very dark. A centuries-old vampire meets a lumbersexual werewolf. The simple black and white illustrations are whimsical and romantic. A great romantic, humorous and fast read.

I loved this so so so much. It was super adorable and funny and had me smiling the whole time. The art style was really simple but cute and I actually loved the way the story was told as well.
Usually, I am not a fan of not having a continuous plot or story but I loved that we dipped into different scenarios and scenes. Even though this was really short you still got to know the characters and love them.

I can not wait to get my hands on a physical copy.

This book was such a funny take on vampire/werewolf love! I throughly enjoyed reading about the relationship dynamic between Elsie, a 300 year old vampire who still hasn't met her match and Jimmy, a charming werewolf who may have taken Elsie's fancy. Through Andersen's comedic writing style and her thoughtful art, we get a glimpse as to how these very different people manage to live together and accept each others vast differences and flaws. I laughed out loud so many times when I was reading Fangs and I think I'll definitely be recommending it to readers who like their comedy with a touch of paranormal.

ACTUAL RATING: 4.4 STARS

I am currently taking a class on the history of the graphic novel, so I was excited to see this! It is a very cute comic, though not quite what I was expecting. Less of a story or plot line, and more a collection of hilarious vampire and werewolf romance related puns.

I've been a fan of Sarah Anderson's for a few years now so I was excited to learn this book would be coming out. The humor in it reminds me vaguely of Christopher Moore's Bloodsucking Fiends series. Needless to say, I adore it. Whether you're a fan of Sarah or Christopher Moore or whether you've never heard of either of them and just want a funny, darkly comedic series in your life, this is one too check out.

Fangs by Sarah Anderson is a very cute romantic comic. If you're a goth, or hopeless romantic, or both, then this is the book for you! The layout of the book is a collection of comic strips put together to show the romantic journey between a vampire and werewolf. They are sweet, funny and relatable, and the illustrations are gorgeous. I defy anyone who picks up this book to not fall in love with it at least just a little.

I want to thank NetGalley, the publisher, and author Sarah Andersen for providing me with an ARC of Fangs!

This was soooooo cute and I cannot wait to tell everyone about it. I am always a sucker *HA* for a vampire/werewolf dynamic, and this romance was just TOO CUTE. The comics were gorgeous and easy to follow along with and enjoy. I am new to the world of comics, and lemme tell you this was perfect for a newbie. I totally recommend this, if not for the wonderful story line then for the gorgeous drawings!

Thank you again to those named above for providing me with an ARC of this novel!

I already knew Sarah's work from her other comics that I love, I met Fangs a while ago reading from Tapas, but I didn't get to for because it was at the beginning of Graphic Novel. So the GN was available on Netgalley and I couldn't have been happier!!

The story tells the relationship of Elsie a three hundred-year-old vampire with a body of twenty-six and Jimmy a werewolf. What I liked about the comic is that it is completely unpretentious and that makes it extremely fun and on top of everything cute. Besides, I love that the comic makes sure to explore and at the same time mocking all the stereotypes of vampires and werewolves and that guaranteed me some good laugh.

One scene in particular made me laugh out loud, the couple was reading vampire books beginning with Bram Stoker's Dracula and ending with Twilight, which of course was a mockery for Elsie. The reading is very good, you can’t even notice that the pages are advancing, which is good and bad because I didn’t even realize it was coming to an end. I just loved it so so much, I hope that the author continues to write about this story because I'm gonna want to read it.

This is adorable!!

Finally, an authentic love story between a vampire and a werewolf. I'm not into romance books that much, yet I couldn't help but smile at the quirkiness of it all. The author sure knows how to keep the laughter flowing.

Downloaded a free copy of this off of NetGalley, and I don't think I regret it!
Elsie, a vampire, and Jimmy, a werewolf, fall in love. What ensues is tiny bits of everyday life that might be strange to others, but not to this supernatural couple.
In the beginning, I was a bit confused since it starts randomly and the chapters aren't sequential - they're more like shorts of conversations/everyday happenings - but I soon got used to it, and enjoyed the webcomic. It was so freakin' cute!
Most of the jokes made were stereotypical and cliché, but I still liked every single part of it. The illustrations were super adorable! I would have liked it to be a bit longer, perhaps even a bit more connected and chronological, but that's just a personal preference. It still fulfilled its purpose: being a cute representation of two unlikely (and unnatural) people in love.
It was a quick and adorable read, and I couldn't have asked for anything better to spend my time on.

Please note, every single page of this was perfection. The exact right mix of dark, sweet, and irreverent. Every silly vampire/werewolf joke you could ask for packaged in the quick and quirky story of a couple that I'd die to be friends with (pun intended). I laughed, I 'aww''ed, I can't wait to read it again.

THIS IS MY FIRST GRAPHIC NOVEL!
And I loved every tiny bit of this masterpiece. It was sooooo cute and romantic. It was everything I’ve ever wanted in a romance between a vamp girl and a werewolf boy. I think I'll reread it soo.

Ugggh, I'm such a huge Sarah Andersen fan! I love Sarah's Scribbles to death and I've been in a halloween mood lately since it's evidently my coping mechanism. And so this book is literally my destiny!

I love the art in this! It's so easy to love these characters with the short comic style and it makes things look so fun.

Vamp is so funny, she's the vampire I only dream of being. She's super dead, loves being dramatic, black dresses, and hilarious on point jokes.

Jeremy is also the funniest werewolf. He's like a loyal dog, who loves you, doesn't lie to you, just sits and wants cuddles and to be scratched. But is also a person, a hot one. Perfection. I loved their dynamic and antics together.

Anywho, this is such a comfort read that I really needed. I'm definitely getting this when it comes out!

4.5 stars! Loved it!

Um I'm obsessed. This is the cutest graphic novel detailing the love story of a vampire & werewolf. The comics are SO cute, and I love the sass. I want a few of these art pages framed!! The fashion is great - a physical copy of this book is a must! I usually don't go for graphic novels but I'm so glad I picked this one up!

I loved this graphic novel. It's flirty and funny and cheeky, the romance is so cute and I loved this modern twist on what a 21st century paranormal relationship would be like.

It's a very short graphic novel, but I assure you that you will enjoy every page. I can't get my mind off how cute Jimmy and Elsie are together. I laughed a lot with their "problems" as a couple, like Jimmy having to go "wolf mode" every full moon and Elsie avoiding the sun.

This was a really sweet and fast read. They're individual comics rather than one over-arching story but honestly that worked well. It felt like we were getting snippet insights into their day to day life and relationship and I found it really heart-warming. I'm a sucker (ha!) for monster love stories, so a vampire/werewolf comic was always going to catch my eye and I thoroughly enjoyed this. The art style is clear and lovely to read, with bold designs that really catch the eye and the art supports the humour in a really subtle but excellent way.

I was devastated when I read FIN and realized that my enjoyment was already over! I have always loved comics by this author and was so excited to see her branch into a new story line. This darkly comedic read was spot on for what I would imagine a loving, modern relationship being between a werewolf and vampire. At times they seemed like any other couple, but then would do something that fit in perfectly with their monstrous sides. Focusing on their relationship and how they navigate being together in sunlight, during a full moon, eating, and completing everyday tasks was funny and weirdly relatable (as I am neither a werewolf nor vampire). By far, the element that rocks this comic for me is how creative Sarah Anderson is when taking a simple task and making it hilarious without even needing words, rather just by using her art. If anything held me back, it was truly that it was just too short and left me craving more!
