I’ve been reading and looking for o
this book all summer without even realizing it. It’s charming, witty, engaging, and authentic. Sure, some of the dialogue is outside of the realm of high schoolers I know, but the problems are real. The situations are perhaps less under wraps than they are for high schoolers, but they’re the same challenges kids encounter. There are some elements that steer me away from making it a whole-class read, but I loved it. Truly.
