Part one of this book makes it clear that John Bolton has decades of knowledge on foreign affairs, and he shares that knowledge in a narrative that puts the reader in the middle of important decisions that will affect our nation for years to come. He doesn't shy away from Google-worthy words, and talks about historical events that you may have a slight remembrance of in a way that makes one want to go back and learn more about them. It's been billed as a "tell-all", but is not salacious, instead giving the reader lots of details on how personalities can play into some of the things we may only see as headlines. Can't wait for part 2.
