From the beginning of the book I was a little confused. From the start, the way it is written you would think Rochelle is very young until a little later in the story it says she is 15, I just didn't see that.
I love insta-love stories if they are done right. This book was just okay, it wasn't anything to rave about.
I really liked Hunter. Rochelle was okay until the end and then I absolutely hated her.
I can understand the way Rochelle was timid around others but I cannot believe she was so stupid about what was happening around her with her mother.
The big secret of her past could have been revealed earlier in the book. After the secret came out it just went down hill from there for me cause by the end the only one I liked was Hunter.
The rest I did not like or care for.
This was a decent read. It was light and quick to read. The characters were likable and the overall plot was good. I’m not crazy about insta-love stories, but I didn’t really mind it in this one. I recommend

Thank you NetGalley and Evelyn Montgomery for gifting me a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review!
If you’re in the mood for a steamy, sweet romance with where two opposites attract, this is for you. This is your typical romance with swoon worthy one-liners, more drama than Bravo and a HAE.
The writing was nothing to write home about and the cheese level was a little too high for my taste, but there is definitely an audience for this style of romance!
This book sucked me in from the prologue, which was extremely well written. You knew from that that there was a lot of the story left out. The heroine, Rochelle, was naive in the extreme, but I really enjoyed her and Hunter as a couple. They really did make the other better. There was an unexpected twist that I didn’t see coming and was a little bit much, but all in all a very solid read. This book also ends on a great epilogue. Really ready to read the next one!
