Wow, I forgot just how much I enjoyed these books. It's been a while since I read the last one, but when I noticed this one on NetGalley, I jumped at the chance to read it. And I wasn't disappointed.

This book is #20 in the Virgin River series, however it can definitely be read as a standalone! Although I am now interested in reading the rest of the series! I loved the small town feel to this story, and how real the characters are. The romance was slow, but very sweet.

This series is an absolute favorite and this did not disappoint. I want to live among this fabulous community!

This was a delightful story, you have two characters who are at a crossroads in life. I liked Angie, she is a spitfire and is ready to be treated as an adult which is what Patrick offers. Patrick has a tough choice that he is making thinking he is doing the right thing. Robyn Carr's books always have a unique story and a ton of characters that you love.
