This was an incredibly thorough look into unconscious bias. Most of us would like to believe that we are not biased or that we view everyone equally. But, that just isn’t true. We all have biases based on our upbringing, media, race, culture, etc. This book delves into those biases and how they impact society. He speaks of how someone can feel right to you because he/she reminds you of someone else. Or an interviewer may get a bad impression because of the weather. He gave many research based examples that were incredibly interesting. He also gives pointers on how to become aware of our own biases.
