"Just because I don't fall for your country-bumpkin, sweet-as-pie con job like everyone else?" This is how Evil Twin, aka Will Holt, addresses Hadley. She has no idea what she ever did to piss him off. His brother, Web, happens to be one of her best friends. She just can not get along with Will for anything.

Will sees Hadley's friendship with his brother Web as nothing more than a way for her to get to the Holt fortune. He definitely finds her attractive, yet all he can do is be mean to her.

In a craptastic trick by Web, Will ends ups filling in for Web as Hadley's plus one at her sister's wedding. Will has never been with such a big family or out in the wide open country. Seeing Hadley with her family, getting to know this version of her. In her hometown, with the people who love her.

Will realizes his assumptions may be wrong. Even as he begins to connect with Hadley, he still finds ways to screw it up!

I love this story! I honestly enjoyed the characters so much. There was just something delightfully different with these characters that made me enjoy the Harbor City world even more than usual!

Wow this was a quick, great, and steamy at times read. Hadley was such a fun character. It was great getting to know her and I really enjoyed all the antics that happened at her family's ranch. Will was a rollercoaster. You never knew when the evil twin or the kind soul would appear. I liked that he was complex, but boy did my heart hurt at times with the things he said.

I liked Web (Will's twin and Hadley's best friend) a lot and wish we got to know him a bit more. Hadley's family was a hoot, especially Paw Paw. I enjoyed reading the scenes with her siblings, mom, and Gabe. It gave you a little perspective into who she was.

The only negative I have, was the broken record of Will and Web's grandmother and their relationship. It seemed like the same thing was stated over and over again. Also are there any other synonyms for gold digger? It was used a lot in this book.

It's been a minute since I've read Avery Flynn, and I was excited by the opportunity to read The Wedding Date Disaster.

I don't know how I'd forgotten how amusing Avery Flynn can be, but this book quickly reminded me. The thoughts and inner dialogue of Hadley and Will made me smile smile and chuckle as well as their snappy banter and one-liners. I definitely enjoyed the enemies to lovers aspect of their relationship.

One thing I wish had been a little different was the conflict between Will and Hadley. He was a little too adamant about a certain aspect of Hadley's character, and it went on a bit too long for my taste.

Other than that, the family dynamics were entertaining as were the shenanigans at the ranch. I'm also hoping that Web will be getting his own story soon.

I loved the premise of this book, but the characters kept repeating their intentions and their thoughts about each other, and it weighed on the otherwise sweet storyline.

OMG - make sure you don't drink while you read. You'll end up snorting most of it out with the shenanigans the family get up to! Family fun night in our house has nothing on Hadley's blended family!

Hadley loves her job. She gets to hep people by planning donations from charitable foundations. But her nemesis is totally cramping her style! She loves Web bot his brother, Will, AKA EvilTwin, has decided she's trouble and a gold-digger. Web is like her brother - blurrergh! But even though Will is Web's identical twin, in temperament that are poles apart!

Adding stress in Hadley's life in the impending trip home for her sister's wedding. So losing her job after an altercation with Will is the icing on the turd cake! But when Web gets sick and Will attends in his place, Hadley nears blast-off proportions in anger!

There follows a humourous, romantic, heartfelt, heartbreaking week in the wilds of Alaska. Hadley and Will learn more about each other and try to put aside all the assumptions they made about each other. But can the little spark between them fan into an inferno or will it be snuffed out before it can take hold?

Soooo hoping Will, Adalyn and maybe even PawPaw get a story too!

As always first and foremost a big thank you to Netgalley and Entangled Publishing for providing us with a copy of this book so that we could bring you this review.

I have to say this is the perfect book for those who love enemy to lovers stories, because the amount of hate between Hadley and Will at the beginning of this book is so strong that it leaps off the page. But the one thing about love and hate everyone always for get is that there is only a very thin line separating it. So Will and Hadley spend more and more time together during the family games the more and more their true feelings start to show. Too bad that at times the brain is stupid and can't see past ones past and ruins things. Yes Will and Hadley have a great time with family (my favorite two being Pawpaw and Lightning) but its also an emotional time. Its a time of showing each of them who they are. What they think is going on isn't always as it seems and that its ok to not hide your real self. These are lessons they both have to learn, just makes it so much fun in the way that they learn them. The family oh man are they that busybody in your face family, heck yes. Are they that be there for you when you really need them, most definitely. But will they drive you insane with the things they come up with, 100% for sure. I love this family and the way they are. What they do for each other and how the handle the world for each other. I love Hadley's two brothers and that even though they are her younger brothers they are still wanting to do the big brother I will kick your ass if you hurt my sister routine. And the youngest sister is so much wiser than Hadley knows. This really is a feel good curl up with a hot chocolate in the fall or is and read by the camp fire in the summer read.

I give this book 5 amazing kisses.

Happy Reading... Adri

This is an absolutely cute romance novel with quite a few of the major romance tropes incorporated - enemies to lovers, forced proximity, best friend’s brother and even a billionaire hero. The chemistry between the two lead characters Will and Hadley starts off right from the first chapter and stays consistently all the way. There is a great camaraderie within Hadley‘s family that helps in getting Will and her closer. The ranch life/cowboy backdrop is so cutely described and is absolutely hilarious at some places. Her family is so fun and caring that it will make you miss your own family. All her siblings are amazing and even her aunt uncles and grandparents are such a hoot.

A fun read with enough steam and chemistry!

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for this advanced reader copy!

The Wedding Date Disaster is a really good example of reading away a few hours without a care! Where laughter, tears and a whole lot of family drama is the order of the day.

Hadley is returning to Nebraska for her sister's wedding. Needing a date, her best friend Web steps in to help. Yeah right!! Enter the evil twin, Will. Mmwahaha!

Their week long 'adventure' is one to be envied...maybe!!?

It is certainly one of self-discovery, loyalty, family and love, even for three legged strays on this remote, Nebraskan ranch.

Avery Flynn is a master at producing highly readable romcoms and The Wedding Date Disaster definitely fits the bill.

Can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

The Wedding Date Disaster is a refreshing and fun take on the enemies to lovers / fake relationship troupe. This is my first book by this author and it certainly won't be my last!

The Wedding Date Disaster follow the story of Hadley and Will. Will thinks he knows what kind of girl his brother's best friend, but he couldn't be further from the truth. His assumptions are way off base, but try telling an alpha type that he's wrong! He won't believe you. Will tries to get his brother Web to see the light, but Web isn't having and neither is fate. You see, Web is supposed to accompany Hadley to her sister's wedding back home in Nebraska. Only, Web ends up really sick, so Will takes his place. Now, Hadley and Will are stuck pretending they are a couple and trying desperately to not kill each other. But you know what they say, those who fight the most have the greatest passion. The passion and tension between Hadley and Will is off the charts. Will these two give into their unexpected feelings or will Will's assumptions come back to bite him? There's only one way to find out....

Overall, I thought this book was a really fun read. I found the author's take on this troupe to be fun and refreshing. Enemies to Lovers and Fake Relationships are my jam! And I couldn't get enough of this one. I mean, Will and Hadley had tension in spades. Their chemistry burning off the pages. I will be the first to admit that Will drove me a little crazy with his hangups on Hadley, and I for one could not wait for him to get his head out of his butt. His heart was in the right place, and had been burned in the past. Hadley was easy to relate to. She loves her family even though they make her crazy. I loved seeing Hadley come into her true self and not be afraid to be the person she was always meant to be.

The Wedding Date Disaster is the kind of book that you can easily read in a single sitting. The characters and supporting cast are fun and entertaining. This book more than delivered in the enemies to lovers story line. I loved the drama and pull. I loved the angst and family moments. In the end, this book hit all the marks I was looking for and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Hadley and Will's story come full circle.
