A big thank you to NetGalley and Orca Book Publishers for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is a children's book. Unfortunately, I didn't get it. What is the big adventure? Leaving the nest? Visiting his friends? Isn't that what happens every day? Are kids going to get that? Nice graphics ok story. 3 stars
This was a very simple, sweet bedtime story. Little Owl and her parents go on a nighttime adventure and meet some other animals in the forest. After the long flight, they head home and a tired Little Owl goes to sleep. It is recommended for 0 to 2 and I think maybe up to 3. My four year old granddaughter liked it and when we finished, she went to sleep, but there was not much to it for her age group. The illustrations are large and colourful and attract the eye and add to the story. This book is printed in Germany on 100% recycled paper using eco-friendly inks. The book is part of the All Natural series.
This is a wonderful book about a family of owls that’s just right for toddlers and their attention spans. The illustrations are bold and colorful without being too busy. It’s sure to be reread many times by any child who loves animals.
This delightful book introduces a baby owl to the young reader. When the sun disappears and night has fallen little owl and her parents are ready for their "day." Together they fly quietly through the night sky guided by the light of the moon and stars.
Along the way they meet a family of hedgehogs, a bat, and two little beetles crawling up a branch. After such a busy adventure little Owl is very tired. Back to the nest they fly to get some well-deserved rest before the sun comes up and the busy world awakens.
It's lovely that the book is printed in Germany on 100% recycled paper using eco-friendly inks. The book is part of the All Natural series. It's story is simple and the illustrations are big and colourful... perfect for that targeted age group and perfect for a cozy bedtime story. I highly recommend this book and all the others in the series.

"The moon is up, its time for an adventure"
I absoluteltly love everything OWL! And I simply adored this little book! Such a sweet book that follows a family of owls as they fly through the night. The text is simple and straightforward and is perfect for young listeners and readers. As sweet as this book is and as much as I loved it...the illustrations were my favorite part.
This is the perfect bedtime read.
I recieved a digital copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
A very cute picture book printed in a sustainable fashion and especially suitable for little ones. Great as a bedtime story for a younger child!
This board book is a cute story about a family of owls flying around throughout the night. The illustrations utilize simple shapes and beautiful colors to attract any young reader's attention. It also promotes learning that owls are nocturnal animals.
A sweet board book that follows a family of owls as they fly through the night. A great bedtime read to help address a child's fear of the dark.
So cute!!! I loved the illustrations and the story is simple and sweet ❤ I can't wait to read this with my grand daughter! I'll be looking for more in this sweet kids series :)
This is a cute book about owls nighttime adventure. The writing was perfect for a toddler and the illustrations were gorgeous. I loved the colors used- especially the various shades of blue.
This story is short and sweet and will hold a toddler’s attention. The illustrations are bright and eye catching. It’s everything you’d expect from Britta!
I especially appreciate that the book is being printed on recycled paper with “green” ink. I would buy this book for that reason alone. The story being awesome is just a nice bonus!
This was a short book with beautiful illustrations of nocturnal animals. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the lack of a story or the abrupt ending.
