Give Yourself a Margin is one of the book that lift up my spirit. It is very helpful and caring, minimalist and cozy. Stacie Bloomfield has a gifted words that will turn your nightmares into comfort. I deeply enjoy this book and totally recommend it to all of my friends.
This book I love it. It’s really quirky and creatively pleasing to read. I enjoy the illustrations each page and tips were really interesting.
I adore this book, it is very well written and the illustrations are just amazing and stunning and unique. I'm a very visual person, and I love self-help books as well, so this book was made for me. It feels like a big warm hug and with the visuals they really made the message stick and resonate. I feel like everyone should read this book, cause it's a very comforting read without being preachy.
This book is cute! The artwork is the big draw here. The writing was okay, good points made, but not super in-depth. Would make a nice coffee table book.
The illustrations in this book are so gorgeous! Unfortunately, I like the illustrations more than the self-help part. Those are not actually bad, I just felt nothing and haven't had any realizations during and after reading. Other readers might find this helpful, though.
This book was absolutely lovely. The way it is written makes it feel like you're getting good advice from a close friend. Very light and heartwarming. I loved the style and amount of illustrations. They were beautiful and really complemented the text and overall message of this book.
I really enjoyed reading this book. The illustrations are simply magnificent! I actually wished it was longer haha. I recommend this book to everyone, actually. The advices are great; it makes you think. Rating: 5/5 stars.
This was truly a nice little self help book to read, with lots of advices and beautiful art accompanying it. We should all take notes. I know I did. Here's a few:
→ give yourself permission to fail
→ there's more than one way forward
→ you are not responsible for other people's feelings
→ the only thing that is certain is that you will feel uncertain from time to time
→ give yourself permission to say “no”
This book is a workbook, a motivational tool, and a positive reminder. It's perfect for all of us who are looking to tap into our creativity and forge new pathways forward.
This is a lovely little book full of art, inspiration, and journal prompts for self-discovery. Rating: 5 stars (I loved it.)
I'm so grateful for the netgalley app! I was able to view the beautiful illustrations and content. I plan on reading this book during my creative process of establishing myself as a different type of artist.
This is a super wholesome book full of thoughts on how to "give ourselves margin" in life and be kinder to ourselves and one another.
The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous. I would really recommend this if you're looking for a cosy little book that will make you feel instantly better.
This was so pretty and cute – I loved the full-page images of lovely illustrations and inspirational quotes. The book, in fact, is largely just that, with some other pages of more in-depth text scattered through. Not so much a book as a collection of nice pictures and quotes – which isn't a criticism, just making it clear what it actually is! Something pleasant and very pretty to flip through over a coffee when you need a little boost.
What a gorgeous book full of thoughtful excercises and gorgeous artwork! This would be a good book for anyone wanting to center their creativity and dreams. It would also make a fabulous gift!
This beautifully illustrated book carries such a sweet message. Give yourself Margin reminds us all to carve out time to for self care, to forgive ourselves and reevaluate what makes us happy. The themes in this book really come to life beside the authors stunning visual designs and remind the reader that creativity is all around you should you be encouraged enough to see it out. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the arc.

Everything is lovable in this book: the illustrations, the message and the words chosen to convey it. Give Yourself Margin just reminds us that we need to take time and space to be productive, creative and happy, while providing great creative examples from the author. I really loved the illustrations, their style, their colors, and the way they were connected with text.
An inspirational book I'd like to revisit.
A beautifully illustrated, quick guide to remembering to give yourself time, grace, and margin. The chunks are bitesized, inspiring, and easy to consume. This is a book I would go back to often for a quick pick me up.
What an uplifting book!
Give yourself a little margin, a little white space as author says and be more mindful about yourself and (loving) others. Take more time, make room for community, self-care, be creative. And creativity is all that and more. In all parts in our lives we can be creative. And life is more fun that way!
Short, concise and beautifully illustrated guide. Wonderful gift for yourself and friends, too.
I cannot get over the artwork in this book, it is absolutely stunning! I'd more than happily buy this book just for the visuals alone - beautiful. I also love the layout, the colours, the quotes, I honestly love everything.
The only thing I will say is that I agree with another reviewer that, this book is more self-help than inspiring creativity.
I love this book! The illustrations are colorful, well placed within the book and makes this an encouraging book to read.
It truly made my day and it reminded me to give myself room to fall and rise.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
