This was a good introduction to mindfulness. The exercises are easy to follow, especially if you do them saily.
There are many books on mindfulness out there. Yet, even in a crowded market, this one is worth a look. The author is experienced and knows what he wants to accomplish in this title.
He begins with a helpful introduction. Then comes something to contemplate for every day including affirmations, mantras, quotes, exercises and more. I enjoyed the diversity in the entries and having something to look at for each day.
If you are looking for an accessible mindfulness title with something to engage in each day, consider this book.

This book is everything I hoped it would be. Simple, but in the best possible ways, which makes it a very useful and very beneficial book. I highly recommend it to all who wish to become more mindful throughout their daily lives.
This is an interesting book that gives daily prompts to re-center yourself and meditate for every day of the year. I personally am a big fan of daily activities such as this that are ever-changing.
This is a great book for daily enrichment, especially in the times we are living in. The exercises and instructions are easy to follow and meaningful. This would be a great gift for anyone suffering from anxiety and/or stress.
A very useful and timely work that helps focus the mind in a troubling time. In a confusing and challenging world, mindfulness practice is a useful tool and this book is helpful in that regard.
Daily Mindfulness is an excellent collection of daily activities to strengthen your mindfulness practice. Included are mantras, mental exercises, journal prompts and physical activities to promote awareness and and cultivate contentment in your day to day life. Daily Mindfulness is intended to complete one a day.
I have not read the whole book due to the set up of one a day; however, I found the ones I completed were helpful at drawing awareness to the present moment. Daily Mindfulness is a wonderful addition to my yoga practice.
I would recommend this to anyone interested in self reflection, self improvement or beginning a meditation practice. Thanks to the publisher and Net Galley for my copy to read and review.
This is a great book of 365 mindfulness activities, some short and simple and some taking a bit longer, but none of the exceeding the time someone would spend daily on their phone in mindless activities. Every day is different. I really enjoyed it, and it’s a great way to practice mindfulness every day. Easy to navigate and can be started at any time of the year.
