An interesting idea behind this story as it is set in an usual time in Egyptian history. The writing is good and there is plenty of action to follow. The alcharactees are fascinating and likable.
On the other hand, there is little explanation and world building initially which makes this story difficult to understand and so difficult to get into. There are some more mature themes which may not be suitable for younger readers.
A good read.
