This is my third such book. Each is a treasure. My fascination with these books, started with Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink, then Overcome by Jason Redman. Reading about SEALs and their secrets of success never gets too old.
I enjoyed this book learning about the emphasis on attributes over skills. Diviney shows many example of stories through which you can draw the attributes at play. I like his approach of how you can always improve by first assessing and then increasing your learnability by frequently exposing yourself to challenging environments. This book will work well for both personal, team and leadership growth. Many lessons to be incorporated over life.
