Even if I never attempt to create one of the delights in Michelle Polzine’s beautifully written and photographed Baking at the 21st Century Cafe, I can see myself revisiting this book over and over again. The photography, recipes and commentary all serve to both soothe and stimulate the reader and baker in me. It is visually stunning and comprehensive in instructions and side notes. Congratulations on a job well done!
