Gripping and exciting. Quick pace, lots of action. Kept the reader invested until the end.

I loved this sequel! I really enjoyed the first book in the series (The Acceptance) and I thought this was a very good follow up. I loved watching Tylia move to the Greens and fight against the deceit and dangers there after her challenges in the first book. The characters were dynamic and the plot was engaging. Great book!

This book is action packed and full of drama. It is the second book in the series so events follow on from the previous but this book stands on its own right. I hadn't read the first book prior to reading this book but even so I was drawn into the Geos world and found the world building good. The MC was interesting and relatable. The writing is good and engaging.
However, at times the book was a bit predictable and seem to fall back on the common YA tropes which was disappointing.
On the whole, a great book particularly for those fans of YA.
