Wow! I was blown away by the dedication the author had. A law professor actually goes through the training to become a patrol officer. Instead of just researching, Rosa Brooks actually put in the work and is able to give us the perspective of the reality of policing. This will be a great resource for those looking to gain perspective from all side of the justice system.
