No Room at the Little Cornish Inn is a delightful light romance novel set during Christmastime. It is the perfect novel for those readers wanting to cozy up to read a book with a warm quilt next to a glowing fireplace.

Rosie Anderson and her son Danny were all set to enjoy the Christmas holidays with family and friends until those plans are dashed by her boss. Instead, Rose must head out to The Old Bell Inn to perform an inspection of the Inn’s operations and staff — a witch hunt,

After a bristling confrontation with the Inn’s manager, Mitchell Fitzpatrick, Rosie must find it within herself to keep an open mind. After all, it is the holiday season.

After a rough first two chapters, No Room at the Little Cornish Inn ended up being a four star read for me. Get through the rough patch and you will be rewarded with a charming and delightful read, as a Christmas romance should be.

I love losing myself in Christmas books and this was no exception. Ok it started a bit slow and it was predictable, especially the reappearance of Mark but I did enjoy it. There are some interesting characters like Rosie’s boss, Susan the Sacker, and Mitchell’s ex wife Dianne to name but two.

The developing relationship between Rosie and Mitchell was Beautifully written and Rosie’s son Danny was a wonderful addition to the story.

If you love a good Christmas read in a beautiful setting This is a book for you

I got an advanced copy of No room at the Little Cornish Inn by Nancy Barone. This is the first book I read of Nancy Barone and I really liked it. Rosie Anderson thought she and her son Danny would have a lovely Christmas with family, but unfortunately duty calls, and that means working for the Christmas season. I loved the characters, and the setting. I love Christmas book and this one did not disappoint!

It's that time of year when we can start reading Christmas romances again and I am so happy to have picked this one up. Such a gorgeous cover, and a gorgeous story to match.

'No Room at the Little Cornish Inn' follows Rosie as she tries to have a lovely family Christmas with her son. She has the boss from hell (I mean Susan the Slacker feels like someone we all know!) and she ends up travelling instead to Cornwall where she not only has to save an Inn from closing, she has to fire the handsome and grumpy manager. I absolutely loved Rosie and Mitchell together and their love hate relationship. Seeing their love blossom is something that always gets me! And I couldn't write this review without mentioning Danny, Rosie's ADORABLE seven-year-old soon. Everyone is so lovely and relatable, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting this cast of characters and spending some time with them.

Super cosy, Christmassy and a festive favourite. Five sparkling stars from me!

DNF.
I read a few chapters, found myself hating the characters and irritated at how similar the storyline is to a movie. Not original and not very engaging unfortunately.

Gave up after a couple of chapters. Couldn't take to any of the characters and it reminded me of some trashy xmas film I watched last year. Unoriginal and not very engaging.
