I’m not familiar with Jaden’s blog, so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this book. I was immediately interested because I love cooking healthier versions of Asian food at home, and this book did not disappoint!

Not only does it have beautiful, vibrant photos that actually make you excited to cook the recipes, everything I’ve made so far is delicious! The ingredient key in the back was also extremely helpful if you’re new to Asian cooking, or just aren’t that familiar with an ingredient(s).

The only negative I could find was that there’s no nutrition information for each recipe, which would have been a nice option for readers that are looking to cut some calories and are buying the book for healthier options. But this is easily remedied by entering the most cooked recipes manually in an app.

Overall, I think this is a fantastic book and I would highly recommend it!
