Fantastic book, I shared it with my whole office. It is all about team effort and keeping the whole team motivate. Great book!

The book is a useful look for leaders to consider their teams and it provides a blueprint for application of the relevant concepts.

The framework is called very plainly "blueprint" and I was wondering why it couldn't have been more interestingly labelled :).

I am sure the framework will be useful for leaders.
