This little book is written about a real berry farm, Fairview Berries in Fairview Michigan. This is a cute little rhyming book about growing and harvesting strawberries and all the other animals that are at the farm.
Quick ,enjoyable book for younger children.
It is written in short, quick rhyming verses which I think children always find more fun!
The illustrations look like they are drawn my older children - very cute and colourful.
Thank you for the opportunity to review Berry Berry Sweet. I received an electronic ARC in exchange for an honest review. My views are posted on Netgalley and Goodreads.
A short, concise story about berry picking. While the illustrations are adequate, they are not on par with other children's books on the market. The story does not necessarily make up for this. It is a book I would suggest for a children's classroom if it was an affordable option. It is a cute story, but compared to other children's books I have read, it falls a bit short. I would suggest rethinking the font and making the cover a little more enticing.
Cute rhyming stories about berry picking for littles! I'd say 6 and under set will enjoy this little rhyming story before going berry picking (under 5, maybe to the farm market or store...!) and then home to eat them or make something tasty out of them! Illustrations were simple and sweet!
A sweet book of rhyme and information on Fairview Berries and the authors, plus a glossary of words and attractive hand drawn illustrations. I think locals will most behemoth from and enjoy the book with their children and appreciate the authors’ efforts. My thanks to Netgalley and publisher for the opportunity to review the digital copy.
Berry Berry Sweet is a juxtaposition of lovely images and descriptive word play. Sure to inspire the work of young readers and young writers.

While very short and a very nice idea, the execution is lacking.
While the layout of the book is nice, some of the rhyming just doesn't work, the font choice is a little difficult on the eyes, and the art is inadequate.
Overall, appearances matter, especially for children's books, and this appearance is just very cheap looking. Maybe a little more editing and a little more work on the artwork and this could work.
