This is the first time reading anything by this author, so I didn't really know what to expect. This book was fast paced and easy to read. There were lots of twists and turns that I didn't expect. I look forward to reading more from this author. I highly recommend this book.

This book fell flat for me, and that's saying something. I am NOT a mystery/thriller fan ("so why are you even reviewing this?') but I can appreciate a great story with awesome writing. The writing here was meh, trying a little too hard. The premise was awesome, though, and maybe die-hard fans would read it and find my review a little too harsh. It's not the book of the year, but I can see fans enjoying it as a quick, semi-predictable read.
