I'll say this upfront; I was curious about accounting and simple finance management and did not expect to read such a detailed and well thought out book, so that was a big win for me.
The author's writing is ideal both for academia and the general audience and I enjoyed reading this and I had my bias as well especially why accountants value the bottom line so much and in the author's own way, he explained intricate details of finance that I truly learned from this book.
