Tai and Cosmo are complex characters with incredible chemistry. Cosmo gives new definition to the word Alpha.
The story is dark and gritty. It's also real. I was drawn in from the beginning. Sexy and steamy, this book is an emotional rollercoaster. I loved the characters and I want more. I can't wait for Hollywood and T-Rex's stories!
Royally F**ked is based on the characters from the Royal Sons CA MC which is part of the Royal Bastards MC series written by a huge mix of authors. Elle Boon’s book focuses on Cosmo and Tai. Cosmo has a past, a one that is full of devastation and pain. Even though he is a playboy, we delve into his background to see where he has come from and what he has endured and to say that his past is hard to read is an understatement. The same can be said for Tai, her story is one of pure strength and survival, at times it is also quite hard to read.
Both come together under intense circumstances and both have a lot to overcome.
The story centres on Tai and what she has endured and how she is trying to become a strong woman who let’s go of her past. Both her and Cosmo have a lot of passion for each other and that can be seen through their rather quickly developing relationship as well as how they react to each other, which at times is soft and sensitive and at other times is fast paced, frantic and steamy. You can definitely feel the connection between the pages with these two.
The story is a page turner with a lot going on and lots of secrets from Cosmo coming to light for him and his brothers. At times, the book can be difficult to read due to what Tai has overcome in such a short amount of time and could be a trigger for some readers. I enjoyed reading how their clubhouse worked and how they were welcoming of Tai and her circumstances. There are definitely some women in the MC who take no crap from anyone! Just the way it should be.
Overall a good read, with some great main characters and a very intense storyline.
ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "ROYALLY F**KED" Elle Boon you did an amazing job writting this book it's so full of suspense, intrigue, abuse, healing, torture, trafficking, sex, danger, dark intense twisted storyline that grabs you from beginning to end.
Daitai was sold by her family to pay off their debts she became a government lab rat who had her blood taken until she was weak then heard they were going to take her heart but the doctor there helped her escape back to America where things weren't any better she went from one H*ll to another,
Cosmos is a rich playboy with to much time on his hands and also a member of the brotherhood Royal Bas**rds MC the president has given him alot of leeway until he brings danger to them in the form of a woman Daitai that has two factions after her bur he knew her before and won't let her down he'll help her no matter what and help her heal.
I defintely recommend to get this very well written book with great characters that pull you right in bur be aware there could be triggers for some it is a dark twisted read but we'll the time it won't disappoint I thoroughly enjoyed this book,
Royally F**ked by Elle Boon is book 6 in the Royal Bastards MC: Royal Sons CA Series. This is the story of Cosmo and Tai. Tai is a Chinese women who is sold by her family to pay off debts. This of courses sets things in motion for her which leads her to the USA. Cosmo hasn't had a easy life either but now has made it to the top. When he steps in and saves Tai they both find that their pain is a mutual one and their feelings start to grown. This is a dark read and may not be well received by some that are sensitive to the dark reads.
Wow! This is the first book I have read from this author and I am hooked. The titled of this book doesn't lie at ALL, Cosmo unfortunately had a messed up childhood because of a messed up father. Also, the character of Tai had a messed up lifed too but some how became the diamond in the rough. They both came from hard situations and rised from terror to become good people. To find good people to hold them down as a family. I highly recommend this book and will patiently wait for the next book of this series.
This is the 6th book in this amazing series and is Tai and Cosmo’s story. Cosmo comes across as a wealthy playboy to his club brother’s, but he has a past of abuse and torture and he is totally devoted to his brothers. Both Tai and Cosmo have horrendous pasts and when he rescues Tai, they instinctively know that they are each other’s light to their darkness, and they have the means to heal each other. The moral of this story is that the people who should love and care for you are the ones which can cause the most pain and suffering, and a band of brothers who care and are accepting as they step up to the plate to protect and love, are the only ones that count as a family. This is a well written story which is raw and gritty and is an emotional roller coaster throughout, and is totally mind-blowing, as well as being filled with heartbreak, intrigue, healing, danger, suspense, action, thrills, and love. I was totally enthralled throughout this addictive page turner, and I look forward to reading more from this talented author.
This was my first book by Elle Boon and I’ll definitely be reading more! This was a darker MC book with CW for child abuse, rape, human trafficking. That content was hard to read, but integral to understanding the mindset and motivations of both Cosmo and Tai. I read this book in one sitting and can’t wait to read more from her.
Cosmo is rich, but behind that money is a man with a past of nightmares. He’s found family with his MC brothers and is shocked when he finds Tai being forced to dance in a club.
Tai’s family sold her and she was forced to America through trafficking channels. She doesn’t believe her luck when Cosmo and his brothers save her.
There’s danger and drama and sometimes I wished more time was spent with certain details I found interesting and wanted more of. It’s stand alone, but I will be going back to read the others in the series!
Family is who you choose
The author has taken her writing to an entirely new level with this book. She put these two characters in impossible situations where the darkness just about swallowed them whole, and then she brought them out the other side in a pairing that I just couldn’t help but sob with relief when they reached the light. This story is a dark romance that is not for the feint of heart, but if you read it through to the end you will be enriched for the telling of it. This book was an emotional roller coaster that I didn’t want to get off of and I can’t wait to see what the author thinks up next.
I had to take a few minutes to gather my thoughts before reviewing this book. It's dark and gritty and heart-wrenching and breath-stealing. I cried ugly tears. It truly gutted me.
It's a book about how the people who are suppose to love you and take care of you, are sometimes the ones that cause the most pain and suffering and darkness.
Mostly though, it's about overcoming your past one day at a time, and proving that love and the family you make is stronger that the pain and darkness and there is light to be found.
*Trigger Warning: this book features some dark themes that could be hard for sensitive people.
Dai-Tai is sold to the government by her family in order to pay off their debts. She knows that no one comes back from the facility that she is taken to. So when the doctor at the government facility offers to help her, she thinks he is doing it to truly help her. She doesn't understand that her life is going to go from bad to worse, especially in ways that she was truly innocent of. Being brought to America hasn't given her any freedom, just something horrific that she is trying to survive. Cosmo looks like a rich playboy who has too much time on his hands. But his own history has something horrific in it that he is still trying to come to terms with, in his own ways. He never expects to come across Tai. But when he does, he doesn't hesitate to save her. Nor does he hesitate to try to help her heal. The more he realizes that she is it for him, the more he realizes that he needs to not only keep her safe but show his brothers that they are really his family.
I really liked this one! Tai has been through things that no one, absolutely no one, should ever have to go through. But so has Cosmo. Especially from their own family! But even after everything that happened, she still has this backbone of steel along with this sweet and loving side that you can't help but love. It's the same with Cosmo. He is tough as nails and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty for the people he cares about but he is also loving and sweet to those that matter. Of course now I just want to know more about the other characters we see in this book, along with a certain team that is seen!!
3.5 stars
I really don’t know what to say without giving anything away. Two people who had horrible childhoods, find salvation in each other. Bikers, sex, and damaged souls. Be prepared for a cold shower after. The first of it had be totally confused. I didn’t know who was talking it was sort of jumbled up. Hope the final book is better edited. The overall story was great.
Cosmo is rich and a member of the Royal Bastards motorcycle club. He’s at a strip club when he checks on one of the girls, he sees a guy injecting her with something. He saves her and takes her back to the clubhouse. Tai is from China, she was sold to her government and forced into prostitution once being shipped to America. She’s doesn’t know if Cosmo is her hero or just a new jailer.
* Voluntarily read and reviewed this for NetGalley *
Elle Boon delivered a dark and twisted read with Royally F***ked.
Dai-Tai is sold by her family to the government to pay off their debts. With the help of a doctor, she is able to escape a government lab that was intent on harvesting her organs. See what I am saying dark. Now in America, she thinks she has found freedom….not that easy darling sorry.
Cosmos Luciano is know as the club playboy. From a child, he has experienced all evil that life has to offer. He knows abuse and torture. Even given his past which should make him untrusting of everyone and everything, he is a devoted brother to his MC.
Through a series of events, Dai ends up being rescued by Cosmo. At his safe house, Cosmo and Dai experience there first true inmate connection to another human. The both of them lived through so much depravity to finally find solitude with each other.
I will say the overall theme and story line is at times hard to read. Yet, the relationship between Dai and Cosmo provides a lightness. Along with a good story line, you get the MC feels of brotherhood, family and loyalty.
There were a lot of twists and turns in this book, but some felt very abrupt and left me wondering where the transition was. Yes, Tai and Cosmo had horribly painful pasts, but the fact that her pain was more recent made the seemingly spur of the moment change in her demeanor and thoughts a tad unrealistic. That said, there was a decent mix of dark and insta-love (though they didn’t admit it at first), the feelings of camaraderie among brothers, and secrets revealed about Cosmo and his “other” life. I wanted to cry for Tai when she realized just what she comes from and would love to see more of the security guys because of their roles in her rescue.
Overall, this was a decent read, so I would probably come back for more of this series.

This book is very dark romance that deals with trafficking drugs and sex violence abuse I was so invested with this book the characters were amazing the book was well writing easy two follow.
Cosmo is rich he belongs two this brotherhood where there is a king and he started up has having a hard life he hated his father he made him do things he didn’t want two do two men and his father had all the money when his father died he joined the brotherhood and got a really nice mansion and a fancy club with dancing and the rich ladies go two the men Cosmo loved the woman he would have a different woman every night he used woman for pleasure he was a bit like a playboy but he was a knight with his brotherhood they were rich people. He met tai a Chinese woman he saved her life they both had terrible up bringing was used for trafficking and was sold two the government by her family She was his but the choice was keeping her safe or keeping royalty two his brotherhood. He never meant two fall in love with tai they both loved each other dearly.
Tai hard a terrible upbringing her family sold her two the government two pay off their debts and Tai didn’t know where she was going two end up she ended up in a science lab government place where young girl were coming in each day and being tested on giving blood samples till it drained her and they had little food twice a day but it was the same food everyday she hated the place the guards could do what they wanted two her she found out they wanted her heart and she needed two escape the doctor help her two escape two America but things got worse till she was saved by Cosmo she ended up working in his posh club not the way she wanted two work though Cosmo saved her and took her back two the safe house after the men drug her with something Cosmo and tai had the same upbringing and knew what it was like he respected her and over the day of protecting her they ended up having sex and it was here choice not being told by horrible men what they did two her this was beautifully sex and she realised what love was and she had a lovely romance in the end and she knew she was going two be safe by him.
It was a beautiful romance I glad she found loved after what happened two her and what her family did two her.
This book has to be my favorite book so far in the Royal Bastards collection. This book starts in China and continues in America. It also tackles human trafficking. Tai and Cosmo are both abused and broken people but somehow together, they heal one another. Elle book blew my mind with this book. I can't wait to read more.
This was phenomenal! Cosmo really was Tai's knight in smooth leathers and gleaming bike.
Tai was a fighter, but there were just too many sickos who were out to use her to their advantage. I don't want to dwell on the atrocities to her and so many others, because this is about salvation, redemption, and worth, for both Tai and Cosmo.
The journey starts out strong with emotion, surprising and twisted pasts, even intertwining in a shocking reveal. It was riveting!! The dialogue is sexy, funny, and so intense.
I can honestly say after reading this, even death may be too good for some people.
This is pretty gritty, even hotter, and that coveted HEA let me heave my happy sigh, totally on board with how it had all panned out.
I really liked this story. Both Cosmo and Tai have come from very tragic backgrounds. Both are survivors and Cosmo is able to help Tai overcome what has happened to her. Definitely worth reading more of the series.
This book,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this book will get you thru hell and back, emotional rollercoaster.
What Cosmo went thru as a young boy then growing up, it was awful. Tai have been through a lot too. Those two souls find happiness in the darkest moments.
4*
Cosmo isn't expecting a night out to end the way it does.
Tai hasn't had an easy life betrayed by her family and others she placed her trust in.
When Cosmo stumbles upon her the need to help her is strong.
Although the book is a standalone I felt reading the first book would have been more beneficial for myself to know more about the other club members.
I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading more in the series
What a wild ride this book was!!
I loved every second of this book. One minute, it broke your heart, and then next you were laughing out loud. This book has everything! It has laughter, heartache, action, trust, loyalty, love, and sexy times. What more you could want?
Tia was a woman I admired. I loved that even though she has been through hell, she is a fighter but also she is someone who can care and still feel. She wants to be loved and accepted but has a hard time accepting that others won't see her as dirty.
Cosmo is a man who is more than meets the eye. He gives the impression he is a playboy with too much money when in reality he is fighting his own demons. He is trying to right the wrong of some sick individuals while feeling like he himself is dirty.
Reading about these two overcoming years of abuse and self-doubt was a wonderful thing. Watching them grow as a couple was amazing to read.
I also loved how accepting the MC was of Tia. It could have gone the other way. However, when they saw how Cosmo was around her and just 'how deep" he was in with her, she became his old lady before he even announced it.
