This small glimpse into the third and final book of The Curse breakers trilogy does not disappoint. I'm so excited to see where this last book takes us in this world of Emberfall we all love so much. I recommend these books all the time.

I requested an ARC of this before reading [book:A Heart So Fierce and Broken|42952728] because I was really excited after [book:A Curse So Dark and Lonely|43204703]. The second book, however, disappointed. Honestly, I was kinda hoping these four chapters I've read so far would save this final instalment and I'll be honest, they didn't exactly save anything (after all the damage done, it'd be a miracle to undo in just four chapters) but they didn't make it worse. And that's something. We find out some really interesting things and kind of get a better look at what A Vow So Bold and Deadly will be about. And that's cool. I'm definitely going to buy the book to see how this series ends.

Brigid Kemmerer has done it again!! I absolutely LOVED the conclusion to the Cursed series. It was so full of twists and turns that kept me hanging on to the edge of my seat. I also fell in love with the characters that much more. I will say I was nervous to read this after the end of A Heart So Fierce And Broken, but once I started I could not put it down.

A Vow so Bold and Deadly

Another great book in this series! Rhen and Harper are still fighting the enchantress and preparing for war. Grey and Lia Mara are preparing for the war against Emberfall the war their peoples regarding their fear of magic. They are all fighting to establish trust and loyalty in the people they are leading. I don’t want give you much away but all our favorite characters are back. They have to figure out the best way to defend the people from the enchantress. While doing so their relationships with each other grow especially Grey and Lia Mara. The book is exciting from cover to cover and I am ready for more. Looks like there will be another book in the series!

This was my least favorite in the series mostly because, after the second book, I did not like the direction the story was going. But I decided to give the last one a chance, and was disappointed. I care more for the characters in the first book than the second book.

I didn't realize this was only an excerpt. I will wait to read the whole novel later. I don't want to just read 30 pages and then have to re-read them with the full novel.

I enjoyed this wrap up to the trilogy. The first book in series is "A Curse so Dark and Lonely" and is a fairy tale retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Lots of action, romance, and a little something for everyone. This is a great escape read.

I definitely missed that this was only a 4 chapter excerpt, which was frustrating. I am very excited to read this and look forward to reading it in its entirety when I can! I loved the first two in the trilogy!

I absolutely LOVED book one and two from this series and couldn't wait to be able to get stuck into this book so it was great (albeit frustrating as I wanted to read it all!) to have access to the first few chapters. Brigid Kemmerer never fails to please with her style of writing and I have now gone on to finish the book with my copy bought on publication day...and WOW what an ending!! I am very sad that this series has come to an end but looking forward to reading her next novel.

I am looking forward to getting my copy from my local library, so that I can continue reading from where these tantalizing excerpts - one for each of the main characters in the previous two novels - left off!

The first book was my favourite. ( The second did not hold my interest as well, unfortunately - oo much filler.) I am sure that the final installment will answer all the questions that the cliffhanger in the second book left us with.

I didn't realize it was the 3rd one in a series, so I didn't know Harper and Rhen or their back story. While this excerpt is interesting, I think someone who has read the series will give this a much higher review.

This book gets off to an exciting start! Though there are multiple voices to juggle (four, to be exact) each feels developed and kicks off their storylines from the very first page. I'm looking forward to reading the full book!

I was excited for this book to come out, being able to read from all the character's POV's is going to make this story much more interesting. I only read the first three chapters but they were bascially like a catch up for what happened in the last 2 books with bits of new information scattered between. I look forward to reading the book once it is published.

Wow! I loved this conclusion! To be honest, everything I wanted to happen, did. My perfect ending...With potential for more.

I will say that even though HEART was focused on Grey, this trilogy was definitely a Rhen and Emberfall arc.

Now we need a series for Lia Mara, Nolla Verin, and Syl Shallow please!

This was only an excerpt and not the full book. Brigid Kemmerer is a brilliant writer. The Cursebreakers Series is wonderful and A Vow So Bold and Deadly promises to be a fantastic conclusion to the trilogy. I can not wait to see what lies ahead for all the characters. Highly recommended!
