I NEED THE WHOLE BOOK RIGHT THIS SECOND. This little excerpt left me wanting more and when the book comes out I will totally be first in line!
I love this series and I loved this sneak peak! I cannot wait for the full story to be out in the big wide world. Brigid Kemmerer is such an incredible story teller, she totally sucks you and takes you on a wild ride!
(Excerpt only) Huge thanks to Netgalley and Bloomsbury USA Chidren's Books for this excerpt in exchange for an honest review.
OH MY GOSH! WHAT A TEASE! Wow, this was incredible even though it was short. You see all the perspectives from all the characters and I was immediately hooked after reading each chapter. I was already excited to read the next installment but now even more so!
I will be IMPATIENTLY waiting for the final book! Hurry up and release it now...please!
A promising start. This is an excerpt, but I am excited to learn more. I assumed this was not a full book, but perhaps it should have been emphasized more.
I cannot wait to get my hands on this book to read it in full! I love that we were given the first 4 chapters of the 4 main characters, rather than just chapters 1-4! I didn't think that would be the case! I can already see dilemmas forming between the characters, and a lot of room for growth!
Guys, may mention on the title that its just an excerpt! so disappointing being approved thinming its an early arc for it only to be 4 chapters
If anyone who is a fan of Brigid Kremmer's A Curse SO Dark and Lonely series, knew if anything was good for them, they would totally steer clear of this excerpt for not wanting to completely destroy themselves in having to actually wait until they get their hands either on the full ARC or published book!
Not only is this excerpt amazing as always, but now I find myself going back and starting the whole series over again just to prepare myself!
This chapter sampler honestly felt like returning home That being said, now that I have gotten to dip my toes into the fabulous world of Brigid Kemmerer, I NEED MOREEEEEEEE, 4 chapters simply was not enough!
This is one of my favorite fantasy worlds and Bridget captured me from the very first book. As an avid reader and staunch fan (a nicer way of saying stalker), I could not contain my excitement for the return of this beloved series. While I am sad to see it end, I know the story will live on in the hearts of fans everywhere!
I cannot wait to read the full-length novel to see how the war progresses and see the story through the eyes of these amazingly bold and phenomenal characters
Firstly, the cover (as all of Bloomsbury covers) are absolutely STUNNING. The theme between the three books adds such a nice fantasy touch and sets a beautiful experience to the novel. I have loved this series since picking up the first book a few months ago and this snippet was no different!! I would low key... okay high key die for Rhen but c'mon who wouldn't! The first little bit of the story was so amazing and I loved being sucked back into the world. The portrayal of all Kemmerer's character's are phenomenal and are so fully dimensional which is rare to find in a fantasy world where there isn't always a lot of fully relatable characters (because well... most of them are princes or vicious beasts..). I can't wait for this release, Bloomsbury and Kemmerer have done another fabulous job!
Disclaimer: I recieved a copy of this book from NetGalley.
I will be posting my review in January but you should know that you're in for one hell of a ride!
Only 4 chapters? How can I survive on only 4 chapters? In this much-anticipated 3rd and final book of the Cursebreakers, we get to visit all our favorite characters from the series. I can’t wait to find out what happens and how it all resolves! How will Rhen and Grey resolve the kingdoms? Can Lia Mara rule better than her mother and without so much violence?
Thank you NetGalley for an ARC for my honest review. I just need more!!!
This is just an excerpt, but oh my, oh my, was I left wanting more! This, honestly, was just a giant tease! I love this series, and I am so excited for the finished book!
I am so excited for the complete version of this book I can’t even summon the words!
This sampler of A Vow So Bold and Deadly promises us an addictive and all-consuming finale to this trilogy.
Grey is amazing and I’m sorry to tell you he is mine always!
I was lucky enough to receive a sample from the publisher and now I hate that I don’t have the complete length novel because it concluded when it was becoming more interesting!
It’s a continuation of the first two volumes in the series, and the mystical scene is becoming more mysterious and whimsical. There are characters that will discover new skills and powers and the journey to what the futures reserves is as appealing as always.
I got an ARC sample from netgalley with 4 chapters with the first 4 main characters view. So how to review this.
Well it's a great teaser it lays up to drama, conflict, magic, romance, war and etc. Basiclly a promise for a windy and stormfull book that will shatter oure world. Or at least hope.
I give it 4 stars now based on the other 2 books and the sample and the promise for this books is positive on that it will be a great and capturing read.
I couldn’t do it! As soon as I saw that this was only a blurb I knew I shouldn’t read it because I would feel the NEED to finish the whole book which won’t come out until January *sobbing bookishly*. Knowing Brigid Kemmerer this will be another fabulous book and hopefully a wonderful ending to this magnificent trilogy.
The excerpt was really good- loved that it gave us a chapter from each of the 4 main characters' POV. The writing is just as strong and immersive as the first two books, and I can't wait to read more.
I received an excerpt of the 3rd installment in The Cursebreaker Series by Brigid Kemmerer. This book sets us up on the brink of a war between Syhl Shallow and Emberfall. In this parallel world to our own, we are presented with four characters that are important to this battle. The story is written from the four different perspectives of these characters. Two of the characters are strong willed female leads. It is refreshing to see two women that can think for themselves instead of having the men tell them how they should be and the book even addresses this with a queen that doesn't necessarily need a king. The story appears to be fast paced and full of action. I like the different perspectives so you can get into the heads of several characters to get all sides of the story. I think this will be a story I will completely enjoy and I can't wait to be able to finish it.
Thank you to NetGalley, the author (Brigid Kemmerer), and the publisher (Bloomsbury USA) for the copy.
This excerpt was so exciting and I'm so intrigued for the full book! I've loved this trilogy so far and I can't wait for the conclusion at long last.
OMG I NEED THIS BOOK ASAP! This excerpt was fantastic and left me wanting more! So excited to read the full book!
