Well, this was only preview chapters, so I was pretty let down by that. But I am already super excited for this book and I cannot wait to see what happens in the story and to the characters I love..

I can't wait for this book to be released next year. I loved seeing the teaser chapters, they get me so excited about what's to come. The descriptions that Brigid Kemmerer uses in this series are marvelous, it really feels like I know these characters and I'm along with their journey. I am excited to see the transformation of Rhen and Harper because we didn't get their point of view in the last book, so seeing their reactions to the advancements of the upcoming war is something I've been looking forward to. I'm also eager to see how Grey uses his magic and how it's related to Lia and her new role as queen. Overall very excited about this book!

Ahh this is a 4 chapter teaser and I need the full book ASAP. I cannot wait for the conclusion of this trilogy, I am so excited to have all four of our main characters POVs! I just know Harper is going to kick some ass and I cannot wait. January hurry up!

This was just an excerpt and it was just enough for me to wish I had the whole book! I can’t wait to get my hands on this. I loved, loved, loved the first and second book and I’m positive this was is going to be awesome!

This was, unfortunately, just an exceprt so I can't truly rate it. However, what I read has left me waiting impatiently for the release of the book and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Thankfully, I will be able to put a higher rate once I get to read the last installment of A Curse So Dark and Lonely.

This was just adorbs!....no...that's not the right word. Epic, cool, and a wee bit confusing work too. Going in, I didn't realize this was a sample of what is, in fact, the third book in the sieries. I have to admit that I really just decided to read it because the cover is awesome. That being said, the writing is on par with the the quality of the cover and I was able to piece together what I had missed. So, for being the third book in a series that I just decided to read, I would say it's pretty good, but now if I'm going to try the first two books. :)

I absolutely loved A Curse so Dark and Lonely and A Heart So Fierce and Broken. What a teaser! I can't wait to read this is January.

I have been so excited about this book ever since finishing the first one a couple years ago! This is such a tease but I absolutely can’t wait to get the full book to finished this incredible series!

Four chapters were such a tease! After the cliffhanger of book 2, I was certainly hoping for more! Every child I have handed a copy of these books has loved them. We have at least a dozen copies of both in our library. We CANNOT WAIT for the third one!

I am already getting sucked into the story and it had to end.... January can't come soon enough. A Vow So Bold and Deadly is definitely already in my list for the most awaited books of 2021

I was so disappointed when I realised this was only an exert of the coming 3rd instalment. It is so hard to review on such a small part but what I've read I loved and it has made me even more excited to get my hands on the whole thing.

Excited for the sample, and the book itself was exciting and made me want the rest
Downside was i downloaded this before realizing it was a sample and not the copy. Wish it would have been more forthcoming, and allowed you to read via kindle and not download the app for netgalley

This is a really cool chapter sampler that left me even more excited for the book. I particularly enjoyed Harper’s chapter as I missed seeing more of her presence in the previous book. All four chapters and perspectives were interesting and a great taste for each character’s mindset at the start of the book.

This sample of the upcoming publication shows just how great the release could be! I really loved having the opportunity to view some of this beforehand.

And now I have to wait until 2021??? I truly played myself by downloading and reading this teaser! I'm so glad we're getting all four POV's in this book, I missed my girl Harper too much. I can't wait for the last installment of the Curse series!

We're thrown right back into the magical worlds of Emberfall and Syhl Shallow, as each of the characters reacts to the ultimatum that was given at the end of the previous book. This preview made me excited to return to the world that Brigid Kemmerer built and see how their stories end. January 2021 can't come soon enough!

This is a review of the excerpt that contains four chapters - the first chapter of each point of view of the characters. These are <i>not</i> the first four chapters of the book itself.

We see how each of them is affected by the ultimatum, the 60 days in which they can prepare for a battle. Each of them has their own struggles, nobody is happy, people are stressed - and then there is Lilith, who's basically a ticking bomb.

There are tensions between Harper and her king, but it doesn't seem as if they could be resolved when so much more is at stake, things have to be done that are deemed more important than personal relationships.
Grey has had some training with his magic, and Lia Mara tries to be forgiving to her people and has to realise that her subjects won't respect her, because they are not used to having a nice sovereign. I wonder that if she can't rule her own subjects, how will she rule if their side should win?

This chapter sampler definitely has me interested in what is going to happen in this final book! I'm looking forward to reading this when it comes out!

These four chapters from the main character really makes it hard to wait so long for the book. I already feel that this book is better than the second one. Which wasn’t my favorite. Now the long wait till January to get my hands on the book to see who will win. Will Rhen and Harper stay together. And what about Grey. Will he attack Emberfall?
